Heather is an absolute brilliant, saint. We called her extremely last minute because we felt the other service we used was done incorrectly. My husband is in the army and with all of the moving, and multiple states involved, things get tricky. Not only was Heather incredibly knowledgeable on her job and the intricacies of military taxes, she was insanely kind! Last minute taxes are stressful, I’m sure she was tired, but she absolutely saved us. Thank you, Heather!

I’ve used Rickey St H&R Block for 9 years and never had this problem until this year when
Margo left and I had to use someone else. Diana and sally have had my tax paperwork for over a week and there’s been no communication unless I reach out and they finally answer the phone. After going in we found out Diana isn’t even there. My paperwork is gone and nothing is in the system. We where told a drop off would be easier but we weren’t told that the time frame would immediately go to “up in the air” we keep getting told shes working on my file but then she’s with an appointment, then why suggest to do drop off at all?!? After finally getting a call from Diana she hung up on me after I got an answer on what time she’ll call me back. Extremely unprofessional.
