Don’t come here I’ve always worked in customer service and I’ve never ever seen such a bad attitude from someone the moment we walked in, the older bigger Hispanic woman just sitting on her phone and the younger girl w an attitude doesn’t even want to do her job wearing sweats in an office professional setting my husband was asking her questions and we got 1-2 word responses we couldn’t believe it I almost laughed I’ve always said If you don’t like your job go somewhere else ??♀️No vengan aquí las mujeres que hablan español tienen un actitud tan feo y no quieren trabajar se pusieron de malas en cuanto entramos que vergüenza

The experience at this office is like no other. I completely understand people are busy, but my appointment was at 6pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. When I arrived there were several people waiting in the waiting room. None of which had an appointment. It is now past 7, and I still have not seen my tax expert who I scheduled an appointment with. For future it would be smart to build a policy that states clients that have appointments get served first. I have a 4 year old, so appointments are important for me.

My husband started a new business so this was our first year with block, the service was quick and easy however we received a call a few minutes after leaving that our taxes had already been filed so the service we just paid over $500 for was void. Their attitude was "sorry for your luck" and we had to ask repeatedly to check our return, it turned out a digit in my husband's SSN was off due to the I9 being filled out improperly, easy fix and our refund was done. My 1 star was for their attitude, paying over $500 would warrant a little investigation I'd think.
Won't be going back.

We had issues with filing our taxes online so we had called H&R Block on 2829 Lancaster Dr. NE Salem. I spoke with Carmen for the questions I had, she was great & went above & beyond what I expected. Thanks to Carmen she gave useful advice as a professional experienced agent & help as much as she could & more. Thank You Carmen!
