I usually don't mind pumping my own gas however I was not feeling well this morning so I went to a gas station that offers full service I sat there for like 15 minutes Meanwhile I saw multiple employees out walking around The front of the store smoking cigarette...nobody even said one single word to me not hi how are you nothing not a single word was spoken to me at all this morning and I ended up pumping my own gas anyways and I couldn't use my rewards because I don't know how and their full service pump is a bunch of B.S that's for sure I will not be going to this one again for one their gas is way too expensive and they are customer service is ridiculous! It's really simple like there are so many people that are looking for jobs I bet they have a stack of applications of people that are willing to run out and pump the gas on the full service pumps meanwhile you're paying in police to do absolutely nothing but smoke cigarettes out front of the store while there's people waiting at full service pumps I was there and there was another gentleman there who didn't seem as irritated as me but I am a little annoyed Because it's BS if you offer full service give full service if you don't find that's cool I Don't mind I pump my own gas all over I don't care but when you Are offering full service and that's the pump that I choose to go to give full service or at least decent service or hire people that want to work not just have a job there's a difference Between going to work because you enjoy and are grateful for having a job and You can tell when an employee is just there to get a paycheck there's a big difference figure it out people

Friendly employees, clean and organized store set up, and quick & efficient service... Only negative thing is it does seem to be a bit spendy in comparison to others, but over all and great for convenience stores

Twice now I’ve pulled into the full service pump and waited, 10 min the first time and 5min the second time, BOTH times they were not busy at all, and NOBODY came out, will NEVER go here again

I had one employee bug me every time (daily) about signing up for rewards, I finally did it, free drinks are great but now everytime I say I have rewards (to different employees) they get all bent out of shape and annoyed, saying it probably won't work and it's not worth it. Not going here anymore, employees are lazy

Good selection of road trip snacks and decent convenience store prices when we stopped in on 10/09/2023. A friendly guy at the check out counter too.

I seen a really sweet customer 30 something woman there helping her very elderly grandma. She was helping her get coffee and and a couple things. She was joking with her and calling her girlfriend. She was very happy and polite with everyone. I was waiting in line behind them and after they started walking out I went to the counter. The short bald middle aged "tough guy" said "man I couldn't stand being around someone like, or I'd go nuts." I said what why? He went on to say how obnoxious she was and how it would drive him crazy. I said "she was being really sweet with her what do you even mean?Then someone else in line said "she's taking care of her grandma which you hardly see anymore."The only thing I could think is that I hope when he's old he has nobody who cares about him.He thought he was so cool. More like a wannabe though guy.The store is pretty nice though ?

Employee charged items for his friends at the register at 1130 on the night of April 14th, 2023 before we approached the register. We were rung up and the total seemed a little high but paid anyways on the card. As we walked out, one of the friends smuggly smiled at us and told the employee this is on him while pointing at me. They refused me a receipt and when I added up my total they had charged $7 worth of stuff to my card for his friends. I may add the friends of this employee were under the influence and sneaking around me very closely laughing and giggling.

Left me sitting at the pump for 10 minutes and when I called and asked what was going on they said they were doing a shift change (at exactly 3:40 in the morning????) And that I needed to wait 10 more minutes for some reason
