This is just ridiculous, I was waiting to get gas for 15 minutes and the girl who works there didn’t even notice me. She served 3 customers who got there after me and walked away. Are you kidding me? I will never get my gas here! Worst service ever

It’s bad enough we don’t pump are own gas in Oregon. Don’t just stand there serve your customers. It’s a 10 min wait to get gas every time

I was charged $50.00 x 2 ($100) in error on 3/17/23... all of the events following those transactions have been the WORST customer service, accountability and lack of resolution, concern or compensation I've ever experienced in a professional situation with a corporate operation. The employees were uneducated, ill equiped and under-trained. I gave my phone number to 4 different employees requesting a call back from a manager and never received any follow-up. I was told by employees that they were "not allowed" to contact the manager (Bill) on his days off and I would have to wait for him to call me when he returned to the store the following Monday (today).I spoke with Bill today and he was indifferent to the situation or lack of follow through that is generally expected of a manager in charge. He laughed at how difficult the process of obtaining a refund is and told me contact him "if nothing happens."I've been an extremely loyal customer for the last 15 years because of close the store is to my home. Customer loyalty used to be important to businesses but it's overwhelming obvious this is no longer the case with store #542.

I want to complement Sam who was the gas attendant! She went above and beyond to right a wrong situation. When my gas tank accidentally overflowed as she was trying to set the nozzle at the beginning of the fill, she not only cleaned it up, but she gave me a refund for the spilled gas! Talk about GREAT customer service. I didn't ask for anything. She did the right thing on her own. Kudos Sam! It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there. Jackson's, Sam is an asset to your company and sets a great example for others to follow!!

This has been a home store for me for over a year now and it's been so great, convinient and very friendly welcoming service. Definitely a notch above the rest as some employees have gone over what is asked of them to help customers. Unfortunately there was a woman hired to work late night or graveyard shift whom has been so rude and unwelcoming to me and many others as I've seen, I now have to find a new store. It is sad when someone makes you feel so unwelcome you actually have to drive further to find a store that have employees that aren't downright rude. Please don't get confused there is a woman who works graveyard that tends the gas pumps and she is a gem! The younger of the two works inside most of the time and she is just so rude to so many people I have seen her give the middle finger to people when they weren't looking and the list could go on but I'd rather not do that on here. I'm just very sad I have to switch stores now... PS I greatly dislike giving negative reviews!

I come here fairly regularly before work and the staff is always lovely! Fast and efficient which I know is hard to muster at 5 am! Keep up the great work you guys!

8:20am gas attendant was unable to keep an order of operation. After she saw ours was filled she continued to start new pumps, as well as get distracted by another customers dog. I had to ask to get my pump finalized, and than had my gas latch slammed. A different customer had to request to have his gas pumped, because she didn't start after swiping his card.

They made me pay separate do my chew and kids chocolate milk because of I d issues. This guy had been Serving us for over five years! So why the party separate for the minors for there milk? He knew us and was just being a dick! He said out was so I want hassled. But that's What hew did! I bought has and chew there for over 10 yrs. Well no more! Gas is cheaper at safe way and tobacco is cheaper at the smoke shop across from Fred Myers. Will not go back to this store
