“I needed to bring my ring in as I lapsed my yearly cleaning to keep my lifetime warranty/upgrade active. I moved to a state where Fred Meyer jewelers wasn’t available so went years without doing this. They throughly inspected my ring and updated my warranty, had I lost that it would have been upsetting considering how pricey my wedding ring cost. The sales associate took time and helped me find a few bands that would match the esthetic of my ring, and took time to have a nice conversation, which in this day and the way customer service has tanked, it was a nice change. I truly hope they value this sales associate as the employees that go the extra mile often go unnoticed by management.”

“Went in today, and they were a buy busy. Anna.. or abby... the younger woman. I'm terrible with names. She asked if me and my partner and I had been helped, and I explained I had found rings online but would like to check out the ring size. She was very thorough about our options and what to be aware of. She gave us many options and a lot to think about and let us know they She could also resize whatever rings we buy wherever she was incredibly helpful and personable. And gave me more to think about if the place I'm planning on going doesn't work out due to me raising some concerns. She made us feel very welcome and understood in a place we were concerned about being in due to our alternative apperiences. 10/10 I will be coming back for further purchases and help if needed.”
