I would say it was a horrible service. They spilled oil all over my engine and when I returned they didn't clean the spill at all. When i pulled out and got home the hood was not latched at all.Now my oil light keeps turning on. Now im going to take my jeep to a mechanic too see what they did wrong. WATCH OUT

Quick & friendly. West Salem store should be open on Sunday. I will go to Walmart next time, cheaper & can shop at same time.

Very good customer service and we’re not too pushy at all and set me up with Reminders and let me know about the two Court top off with oil and also windshield fluid, which was very nice overall very good customer service

I have used this same jiffy lube in the past yet this time everyone there was different. Told them I had a coupon when I arrived & was charged full price anyway. First they said my car had a bad hose then they said it was something else yet no information was given regarding what the problem was. Highly disappointed this time makes me question whether I'll go back for next oil change
