They came early which is normally a good thing, except i wasn't available... the people doing the scheduling are very unprofessional and blamed me because I wasn't available early and they missed the appointment. When I tried to reschedule, they tried to lie and make up excuses and ultimately refused to reschedule because apparently Kayla can't handle being proven wrong by physical evidence that they only called me once, and not several times like they claimed... I simply showed her the screenshot and she dismissed me. I let the leasing office know how unprofessional you were and I will be letting your boss know, too.

Jl's appliances responded quickly on Monday morning to get a technician to check on my poor broken dryer. It was too far gone and they delivered and installed a wonderful refurbished one within 24 hours from the original assessment. I highly recommend JL's!!! No more laundromat for us!

I purchased a part for my dryer. I was having trouble accessing it and Jim the repair man not only helped me figure that out, he showed me how to test the components to see which part was bad. Then he took the time to show me how to pull the old heating element out. They would have made more money by encouraging me to bring the dryer in to be repaired.

The used appliances are great. The prices are a bit high. Our recent experience with customer service, specifically accounts receivable, was less than helpful when trying to get correct information about invoices.

JL's staff went above and beyond what was required with my delivery. I found out I had a scheduling conflict and they adjusted and helped me out. I highly recommend them for quality, value and customer service.

I got a really good deal on a used stackable set. Kai went out of her way to meet my needs. Sean, The store manager at the State st location went above and beyond during my time of crisis. I apriciate the patience and compassion they each had. It was a win win in the end. Will be returning for sure.

We have worked with this company for years and called to order a refer for our company. Kai was incredibly rude and unwilling to help us. She said she didn't want our business and yelled at me because my boss wants a certain brand of refrigerator. I told her that's fine and I am going to leave a review about her service. She called back and threatened to sue me for slander if I left a review and continued to yell at me until I hung up. I do not recommend working with this company!

I purchased a new dishwasher from them and had it installed. The installer was friendly and made sure it was working and fit the kitchen and cabinets. The kitchen cabinets were a nonstandard height and awkward in several ways, but the installer was patient and made sure everything lined up right. Very different than the big box stores that don't really stand behind their work and subcontract installation to the lowest bidder. Thank you.

Hired to come fix my leaky fridge. They arrived exactly on time, very friendly and polite. They worked quickly and got it all taken care of.
Afterwards the service tech made sure there wasn't any mess and they took some time to explain what the issue was. Really appreciate the professionalism.
I can't recommend them enough especially since in the past I have had issues with other places not calling back, or even arriving close to on time. Thank you JL's Appliances for resetting the bar to a new height.
