Long wait in the fabric department, I'm positive It took 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. There might have been 10 other shoppers in the entire store.

This is a really big store to not offer a public bathroom. I guess I will have to go to Hobby Lobby.

This is a great place to shop in Salem off of Lancaster in the Old Lancaster Mall. They have a combination of stuff for sewing crafting jewelry making just about anything you want to do although some of it is a little pricey

I’ve tried to order online for two weeks and I cannot get to specific departments to put anything in my cart. I tried calling the local store but no one answers. Are they closed now? I know there was a bankruptcy issue. I spend hundreds of dollars at Joann’s over the year. Guess not anymore.

Prosthetic cup inserts designed for the chest area are available at this store (both silicone/polysiloxane-filled and fabric/foam types). Also, the employees are always happy to apply any relevant discounts, which is thoughtful and makes one want to return!

Susan at the fabric counter was super helpful with a crochet project I wanted to do, and funny as well! The cashier was also nice :)) and my total was 50$ less than I expected!

I did a pickup order. I waited 25 minutes and had to call the store. After calling she brought it right out. I was supposed to be issued a $5.00 in store coupon. Never received it. I believe the order was correct.

The They/Thems at this store have abandoned showering, and unfortunately THIS store employs several. You can smell these employees from 10' away and they often work the cash registers so you can't escape the stink.

Poorly stocked. Only one cashier and even though she requested someone to come help other employees were just standing around chatting. This used to be a great store. And I'm sure they wonder why they don't have more customers.

Great craft store. Been here many times for quite a few projects. No more public restrooms like most stores and places around here. Can on blame the lovely people that "live" around here.
