We bought a Maytag Washer and Dryer at ******* Appliances at the end of April 2024. We are very happy with this store and the people that work there and their products. When we entered the store and looked around we were greeted by a very polite and respectful sales associate *********************. After telling him our preferences and price range he showed us the units that we bought. Without asking him , he looked up and applied discounts that were available for those machines and a quote on delivery and installation. While awaiting delivery I called the store to get additional info but ****'s shift had not started yet, but another associate took my call and answered my questions but still got **** to call me back later that day. The delivery and installation went very smoothly. Two very efficient and friendly men had the new machines installed and tested and the old machines taken away in very short order.I " HIGHLY RECOMMEND" Kelly's Home Center for your appliances. ****************

I was told the installers (oven) would clean underneath the oven before installing the new one. WRONG. I don't know if the installer for the dishwasher cleaned underneath or not.?

I purchased two items with the help of Rex White, but it took two months for the second item to arrive. When I entered the store to pick up my items, Jose Molina was available to process my last payment and help me carry my items to my car. Throughout my interaction with him, I could tell he wanted nothing to do with me. His body language made me feel unwelcomed and his lack of eye contact when we shook hands added certainty to my notion.Two noteworthy things:1) Both items I purchased were gifts for someone, fully understanding that Kelly‘s Appliances doesn’t cover them with a warranty. As soon as you make it out the door, any defects you encounter are your problem.2) One item arrived in an incorrect color. Is it really that difficult for an employee to do their job right?Don’t buy from here. The employees are self-interested people that only want your money.

If I didn't have to select one star to write the review, I would not have. Their customer service was garbage. Their installers had a terrible attitude (mainly Dean)They would not finish making the ranges safe by adjusting the anti tip brackets. I only hope some toddler doesn't tip the range over on themselves. They used profanity when asked to complete the task and had no regard for what was asked of them. I do not recommend them for anything. They are unsafe, rude, and lazy. Please consider taking your business elsewhere

Delivery went smoothly exactly when they said it would. Installer did a fantastic job, even though he ran late on a Friday night. Very professional!

I bought a new washer & dryer, range, and refrigerator from Kelly’s for a significant savings during their Presidents’ Day sale. They had a wide range of appliances on the floor, and Aaron did a great job explaining the differences between them. Installation was flawless, and the employees were courteous and efficient. I will be a repeat customer!

Sales experience was great, friendly, informative and answered all our questions honestly (opine). The web site said overnight delivery, but we had to wait 5 days die to scheduling, this was a minor inconvenience. The installation crew was skilled, efficient and professional. We are extremely happy with the overall experience and we love the new appliance.
