This branch is amazing, very friendly people. I have been a member of this branch for 51 years. This branch has become key bank new training center, so please be patient with them. Everyone has been new at a job, put yourself in their shoes, have more empathy with them.

So I had an account. They locked it. And said “your reporting fraud and getting money back from it and it’s benefiting you” yeah. The money I’m owed back. Not my fault you can’t look at the emails I send you with proof. Anyways. They said “your account remaining balance will be mailed to you in 15 days. When I could just go in and grab it. Would love to talk to the branch manager but they’ll say the same stuff I’m already heard. 😒. Anyways. High don’t recommend. I’ll be posting it and letting everyone ik to not go to key bank

No branch will answer my call. The 800# is trying to sell service in a Life Saving Device only. Jeez!

Upon waking into this specific Keybank, my parent and I were told we would be helped. The banker we were in front of completely ignored us for couple of minutes we stood there waiting to be assisted. Only for her to start helping the other customer that walked in a few minutes after we had been waiting.
This is not the first time we have had a distasteful experience with this bank where we are ignored by the employees at this location.

Key Bank is a respected and well run institution. I have banked with them for 4 years. They appear to have the clients best interest in everything they do. All the branches I've been in are friendly and intelligent.

The worst customer service, possibly ever, in the history of banking institutions. I'm not sure how a bank can even exist with such poor standards. Truly baffling. Do not go to the branch. Drive to Keizer station instead.

I only go to the State street branch, they are are so wonderful bunch of people that work their. They all are so friendly & professional, they greet you by your first name wish more banks were like key bank on State & Liberty St SE are.

Saw this today. Was paid yesterday and did mobile deposit yesterday now it 5 day wait for mobile deposits. When I get paid like access to my money. Like know where there getting that information. Are you calling him con artist

There’s just not a better bank branch in Salem. The whole team is phenomenal and the Branch Manager, Tommy, is one of the most knowledgeable bankers that the City has. If you don’t bank at Key Bank’s State Street location, you probably don’t have a bank account; when in that case, their Hassle-Free account would be a great option for you.

Fully wasted my time. Reported fraud on my account because I was unsure of a check I received. For giving them a heads up they closed my account because of fraud even tho there was no fraud committed but they sure had no problem giving me the run around. My advice go to a real bank like chase or Wells Fargo .

Disrespectful and condescending behavior from the banker I worked with. I felt I was treated poorly due to my age and did not feel that my financial means were taken seriously and that my age was taken as a bigger indicator of my financial ability than my credit score or income.

the banker I worked with, Lorri Torres, was just simply rude. she was condescending and did not attempt to answer my questions in a professional manner. I went in requesting information about my loan options and I do not feel that I was respected or helped in this setting. I am young, but I am a young professional with a great credit score, and I deserve the same respect that is given to older clients.

We went here to set up a business account after emailing with the branch manager. We encounter very poor customer service and no follow up from two people who were supposed to call us. After the meeting we emailed him to let him know about the service. He apologized and said he would have done thing differently and he would have the people contact us right away. It’s been 3 business days and they still haven’t contacted us. All of this was prior to the fires so the delay is not due to that.
