Horrifically Long story made short, they will botch their investigations so badly that they charge you off to debt collectors for no reason, steal your paycheck, and prevent you from banking with 90% of other banks because they will file a false report to chexsystems which will de-bank you from most places in America for months if not years
I would not recommend that experience to my worst enemy

I'd rather go to the Dentist everyday, than have to go to this bank. It's always a huge hassle ? Customer service at this bank is lacking drastically. Never fails, no matter how simple the task. It WILL be a huge pain in the butt at this bank. They use the same excuse everytime. We are short staffed. ? been hearing that for years now. Hire people then. When there's a long line of customers that have been waiting for a long time. Maybe don't stand around just chatting instead of helping customers. Smdh

I have dealt with the West Salem branch for 15 years. While the players have changed over time, everyone has always been professional, helpful and just plain nice. It is a small branch, so there are only a very few people to deal with. Everything has always been treated like the local people were totally in charge - just like an old-fashioned small bank. And, no I do not work for KeyBank - I'm just happy with them.
