I’ve been a customer at this bank for 5 years and I feel like they have no respect, loyalty, or compassion for their clients. A few days ago I deposited a $200 check into my account (from my mom whom I have deposited checks from before and never gave this bank any problems) days have went by and my funds are still not available and yet it’s not pending anymore. I called their customer service number yesterday and they said my funds would be available in the morning. Morning is here and my money is still not. So, I gave them another call and this time they told me my money will be available later today. I explained to them yesterday that I was going in for a procedure today and I really needed to have the money that my mom had given to me. This bank is horrible!!!!
Update:
I got a email from someone saying that they were going to look into the situation if I gave them more information in a email. So I did. After that I still sit and wait. Unbelievable. Don’t act like you care about your customers if you are not going to do something about it.

Terrible customer service...I have spoken to a woman named Maria several different times and each time was unpleasant- she seems to have no patience with customers and their needs. I have specifically chosen to no longer use this branch because of the disrespectful and unfriendly service, even though it is the closest to where I live and work.

They are holding my check for DAYS!!!I just got a job after being let go and unemployed for over a month, so needless to say I was in a financial hardship. I finally got a check and deposited it through the ATM last night. I check my account this morning and nothing... my gas tank is on E and idk how I'm going to make it home from Tigard. I was talking to the Chat and they called this location (the one I deposited the check with.) This branch said they won't lift the hold and I won't have my money until tomorrow which is the day before Thanksgiving!!! I'm 100% closing this account!

I hate this bank. Every time I try to order something, my debit card gets rejected because they ALWAYS have me on a fraud alert. When I call to complain I ALWAYS get a representative with a heavy accent and a cloying manner who treats me like I'm senile.

Everytime I try to make a deposit at the ATM it is either out of service or doesn’t accept cash. They closed the one closest to home and work, so trying to go after work and not being able to deposit is frustrating. Then I went to the drive up and the sign was on but they came on screen telling me it wasn’t working. So much time wasted. For such a large company you would think they could get their services running properly for their customers.

The bank tells you one thing and then they tell you a different thing worst bank I've ever had and I will do with all my power to get all of everybody I know to switch Banks because this bank does scams

Some days is good some days it isn't- through the week (Monday-Friday)-there is always service from open to close time. Saturdays...they close 1 hour before they say they close. Don't follow what the web says about their close time. They closed at 12 (waited an hour and they really did till 1) the website said they were still open lmao

Went there to get some papers notarized. Apparently they can only notarize papers with a specific LINE on the paper or they can't help you. Bummer considered I had called first to ask for a notary. Just a heads up for anyone going there. The guy at the least gave me the address to a different place. Still extremely inconvenient.

My husband cashes his check here every week. He doesn't actually have an account with them but you wouldn't know it based off the service provided! Amazing...they even remember how he prefer his check to be cashed! Great job!
