The Salem Kohl's is a great store. The store is always clean and well organized. The employees are always friendly and happy to help. I leave feeling like I got a good deal and had a good shopping experience.

I was in the Salem store this morning to buy a upright carpet shampooer. The store did not have the one I wanted in stock. The associate that helped me took the time to help me order it on line. Instead of sending me on my was to muddle through the process she took the time to do it for me. I had a 30% off store coupon, (thr reason I came to Kohl's for the cleaner). She tried to apply my discount only to find the product was excluded. She was so apologetic. It wasn't her fault. To expressed my gratitude for her help. This kind of thing is happening all to often. I will think twice before I make a trip to Kohl's! I am sorry I did not get the sales associates name. I gave a 5 star rating only because the associate was friendly and helpful.

I have never shopped much at Kohls but will in the future as the shopping in downtown Salem is getting very limited.
