Kaytee was amazing from the start. Friendly and to the point. We had our small children with us (an infant and toddler) and right away Kaytee engaged in getting to know us and what our wants/needs were, nailing down our dream couch set up in no time! She provided snacks for the toddler, preventing a meltdown and we got the best La-Z-boy for our family. Incredibly thankful for such a thoughtful and thorough sale experience.
