I love Les Schwab, but hate this location. Staff is terrible at listening and communication, and customer is always wrong at the end. I don’t appreciate being treated like a child. I’d rather drive extra 30 minutes for a professional service.

Had a great experience today. Was in on a Tuesday afternoon and was greeted by an employee, Gloria (I think that was her name?), who came running out to the car. She had a cheerful, problem-solving demeanor and took care of my needs right away. This is rare these days! Whichever crew member(s) worked on it did great also, because it was done very quickly. I'm sure they weren't slammed when I came by, but regardless it was good service that deserves praise. Note: this was service for a spare tire removal, flat tire patch, re-mounting of the fixed tire, and they even put the spare tire away in the under carriage which always takes several minutes and isn't too fun. Management there should give props to the young lady who greeted me outside, because those brief exchanges are what old fashioned customer service is all about.

Difficult alignment problem discovered after tires balances and rotated. No alignment adjustment could fix it. Diagnosed a tire problem as cause, tires under warranty with 20,000 miles on them. A new set of 4, balanced and mounted for free. Problem solved. Les Schwab is the best. Thanks much to Mychal and Riley for taking care of me so well.

Super customer service, fair prices. These guys are great. If you don't use your snow chains, they will buy them back. If you Les Schwab tires are on wheels, they'll rotate them for free. And of course, they have popcorn while you're waiting! Never had any issue with these guys; highly recommend them for what's anything to do with tires, wheels, brakes or accessories.

Just had a tire repair, and had the most amazing service. Polite, professional and friendly. We just moved here and utterly surprised at the amazing service. Totally different from where come from.
