We were heading out of town and our hitch popped off and amazingly it was in the tire shop parking lot! Travis came out before I could even get out of the truck to figure out what was going on with a jack in hand! He immediately started helping us and I just have to say, we appreciate him so much! He definitely went above and beyond without question! I cannot thank Travis enough but I understand now why he is a manager! I only wish we could do more besides give a top review! Thank you so much, Travis, for helping us get back on the road!! You are such a GREAT representative of Les Schwab Tire Center!!!

Dropped in due to a bad wheel bearing. Had planned to head out of town. But had to drop in here at les swab and get a new wheel bearing and cv axel. They did a great job. I did have to wait a long time. But in a fairness they were already busy. So I am grateful they were able to get my vehicle in and fix that day. Great job.

Preston was so incredibly helpful when we had to make an emergency stop for our tires on our Airstream, en route to campground!! He was so polite, professional & thorough! I think it was Steve that helped me? But big shout out to him and the Les Schwab team. The negative terminal broke off from my battery on my motorcycle on my way to work. I broke down by this location, so i came in, hoping you could help. You guys tracked down a battery for me and got me on my way. Otherwise, I would've been stranded. Big thank you again!

I had tire pressure monitor replaced by Dylan and he also showed me a cracked bushing and explained safe time line to replace that. Very courteous and fast service. I feel very comfortable to have my car serviced at this location, everybody has great attitude and all questions are answered to my satisfaction.

After leaving a different Les Schwab location very unhappy and unheard by the staff about the problems i was having with my car’s brakes (early warped rotors/defect). i came to this location and i felt heard and taken care of. My warranty from the original brake replacement i got done last year covered what I needed done and they got it done fast. Thank you!

Had some issues with my right ball & pinion and tie rod. They were able to get me seen and the problem diagnosed and have the parts order and car fixed by the next day.
Also patched a tire for me that had a nail in it and provided free new lug nuts to my tires that were missing one.
Super friendly people, very helpful. Bonus: their waiting room has free popcorn.

Update on my original review (as of 4/12/2025): After meeting with Nick, the assistant manager on Friday, April 11, Les Schwab is taking responsibility for my bumper, which I appreciate. They acknowledged the damage occurred while my car was at their shop, but they maintain that their technician did not scrape the bumper and was careful with my vehicle. As a compromise, they’ll cover the cost of the bumper, but I’ll be responsible for the painting and installation.
While I could live with the current state of the bumper, I understand that a replacement might not prevent future issues. I’m grateful that they’re sending me a check for the bumper cost by the end of next week. Overall, I appreciate their willingness to meet me halfway, even if the situation was frustrating. Fair resolution, but I hope for better communication and accountability in the future. As promised, I am going to update the review and give Les Schwab 5 stars. I am all about working things out and being a fair player.

Hey Les Schwab, my Mustang and I are waiting for our superhero team-up to fix this bumper saga! I promise to update my review with a glowing five stars if you can save the day! 🚗✨
I recently had a disappointing experience (on April 4, 2025) at the Les Schwab in Salem off of Mission St. involving damage that was done to my car's bumper, and it was never reported to me before I picked up the car. This issue needs a follow-up from management or else it could potentially result in legal action. It is well-documented on my end with before and after photos and a more detailed account has been sent online to Les Schwab's Corporate Office. The following goes over what happened.
On April 4, 2025, I dropped off my new Mustang GT with a distinguished GT350 style front bumper conversion at 8:00 AM for an alignment adjustment and was initially pleased with the service. The staff was friendly, especially Nick, and I appreciated the Lyft ride home. So, for this review for right now I will give a 2 out of 5 star review.
However, my experience took a turn when I discovered damage to my car upon returning to pick up the car at 12:03 PM (on April 4th). The splitter on the passenger side of the bumper was missing a significant section. I immediately reported this to the staff and talked to Dylan at the customer service counter, and I was told he would let Nick know when he was back and that they would look over the camera footage and that someone would call me by the end of the day to follow up with what happened. I have before and after photos while the Mustang was at Les Schwab, so it can been seen that the damage definitely happened while the car was at Les Schwab. I did not drive away or move the car from Les Schwab's parking lot before noticing and reporting the damage done to my car.
Despite my efforts to follow up, I never received a call back regarding the damage. This lack of communication is a letdown and reflects poorly on their resolve to address customer concerns. I have clear evidence that the damage occurred while in their care, and I expected a more responsible response.
Trust is crucial in customer service, and this situation has really shaken my confidence in Les Schwab. I hope they take this matter seriously and work towards a resolution.
For reference, I found that a replacement bumper costs around $799.99, not including paint and labor. I look forward to hearing from them soon to resolve this rather puzzling situation.
If I can get a follow up and resolution by management, I will be glad to update this review with hopefully a positive outcome.
