One of these worst place to get work done! Don't go there! They will do the work but when ur driving down the road the the week fall off ya u think I will take it back to! Then u send it to Collation what a LOW COMPANY! for sure be talking shit about you to everyone I come in contact with. Over priced and not that good of work!

I have always had a wonderful experience. My wait time was 1 hr and a couple minutes, even while being busy they managed to complete most customers inckuding mine within this time frame. Excellent customer service and work.

I've been several times in the last month and they have made it quite pleasurable. They fix all four sensors. Gave me a new back tire. Filled my tires to correct pressure and sealed a bead for a temporary fix. Super helpful and nice to boast my credit by utilizing payments system. Thank you for educated staff and friendly too.

It doesn't matter which Les Schwab location I go to, I've always been helped with free flat repairs and one time they even set me up with a free used tire because they couldn't fix my flat. The used tire they put on for me for free was way better than the original one I had on there! From Milwaukee to Salem to West Salem, they're always ready to help!

Came here to get my back rear tire patched they told me that It will have to be replaced soon I just told them to put on the spare It took them 1 hour and 30 minutes to put it on and they didn't tell me anything and I had to keep on going back and forth wasn't a pleasant experience I would not come back here again

My husband had a good experience here with them last week when he brought his truck in for noises coming from underneath. The truck has seen multiple places and none of them could figure out the issue. Les Schwab told us the issue which we cross our fingers is actually going to fix it this time unless the others where we spent money "hoping" it would solve it. I also had my own good experience here a couple days ago. My TPS sensor light came on and I stopped in and asked them to take a look. They got me scheduled in right away and got my vehicle done within the time they gave me. They immediately found the issue, told me what was wrong, and built up a plan and quote right away. Then they got my car in and repaired and I was on my way. I was a little concerned with the employee though that didn't know how to drive my manual car. I applaud him for finding someone who could but it did take several attempts first of him trying to move it himself, so hopefully my clutch is okay. ? same guy also apparently didn't do my paperwork like he said he did, so the guy who rang me up had to do it for him because the stuff he wrote down was incorrect. It worried me for a minute that he did something wrong on my car too... I'm not sure I want him working on my car in the future...that's the only reason for 4 stars because I feel he needs more training and possibly supervision.

Had an issue. Took 24 hours for them to put on a new wheel and two new hours. I tried to pay for it on our account, but each store has their own setup. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Had to try calling the other store, ended up on hold and then transferred, left ringing and no one answered. After 2 minutes I hung up. Then the supervisor at West Salem said they can't take payment over the phone, requiring me to travel across town to pay in person.
Les Schwab is expensive but our family has patronized them for four decades because of excellent customer service. This isn't the first time it's been a headache. Next time we have to buy new I'm going to check out competitors. What a headache. I feel like they've really gone down hill.

Everyone is really nice BUT I went in on June 3rd to replace 2 tires and get a trip check on a car I had just bought a couple weeks before. They replace the tires but said I needed to replace the rear tires. They told me the struts shocks were fine that the brakes did not need immediate attention but I needed to consider getting them done in the next 5,000 miles. 4 days later I went to replace the back tires. And get an alignment. They then told me that my front struts needed attention but that my brakes were fine. I asked how the front struts were leaking in the last 4 days. He said the previous tech must have missed the problem but that my brakes were in the clear. Since I got two completely different statuses from the trip check I took it to my regular mechanic. Affordable automotive in Dallas Oregon. He told me my struts are 100% fine. But that my left rear brake caliper is leaking and needs immediate attention. My front struts are 100% okay but I don't understand how they missed the left rear brake caliper completely leaking. I also asked the first technician at Les Schwab why my emergency brake light is always on. He told me it was just a sensor and it's nothing to worry about. Turns out because my left rear brake caliper is leaking that I had hardly any brake fluid. My mechanic caught that, put brake fluid in my car and the light turned off. I just don't understand with how many people that are there and how much money people pay how you would think my front struts are leaking but that my brakes are perfectly fine when my back brakes are what's broken. I trust my mechanic because he had my car up on a lift and showed me everything.

The service is great, everything was explained prior to touching my car (price and services). Employees are very polite. I arrived with tires I ordered: they mounted, balanced, and disposed old. Popcorn ? and Rosanne on tv in a comfy clean waiting area, only took 2 hours, I was a walkin on a busy day (no appointment). Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience.

This is the 2nd vehicle I’ve had them install a lift, wheels, and tires. They do great work!
