“I like this place because they are so friendly & helpful. I don't go into buy liquor very often so I asked for suggestions of 2 different people and they certainly helped me out! 1 was a bottle of whiskey & the other a bottle of tequila.”
“I bought two whiskeys from this store yesterday. One bottle I had been looking for and another that was recommended by the guy who helped us. They even looked up information on one bottle that I heard was discontinued. Excellent service and we will be back! This store has better service than my usually place, Stafford off center. I also heard the guy point out a better value to another customer that was only $1 for several more ounces. Good looking out!

This store is great, especially for the size when compared to other larger stores in town; smaller but mighty! They always have delicious whiskey offerings and the customer service is always spot on. I often find whiskey I do not already have, including brands recommended by staff and brands I’ve been searching for. Paul and the staff member who wears the Vortex top (I don’t know your name, I’m sorry) are always helpful.”
“This store, while small, is incredible! Great higher priced wine selection and lots and lots of cigars and tobacco for pipes! The staff has always been wonderful and extremely knowledgeable.

“The staff here are always very friendly and offer to help…but not overly aggressive help…just right! The parking is near the back of Umpqua Bank if no parking spaces are out front. If you bank at Umpqua I never worry about parking in their spaces!”

“I've always loved this storm it's close to my home so it's convenient, parking is readily available. They have a wide range of items within the store especially candy! The store is always nice and tidy though a bit cluttered. Outstanding customer service. I enjoy chit-chatting with every individual that works there so far. I've never had a negative experience. The parking lot could be a bit cleaner and I have caught individuals using substances outside of the store buy the trash can. I show a lot of Grace in this area because we do live in a rough neighborhood and it is not possible to keep track of everyone. Overall I give five-star! I visit this store every morning for my cup of coffee and good conversation. Their hours are awesome so I wake up super early and they are open every day at 5:30 a.m. except for on the weekends.”

“My review is strictly for the staff and the donuts! The store itself needs some work, the floors always look so dirty, and it just doesn't compare to other Roth's locations. Seriously though, I am obsessed with Roth's donuts, and I crave them like crazy when I am home in Arizona. I have tried so many donut places in Arizona, and nothing is as good as Roth's. I have been to several Roth's locations in Salem, and they are all very consistent with the donut quality. The staff at this location is so friendly. Really, any Roth's location, the staff is great!”

“Best beer selection in Salem!!! Don’t come here for the ambience, come here to browse endless aisles of delicious craft beers… imagine a gas station and an old bowling alley had an adult affair… and somehow out of the wreckage emerged the capital market on 14th. If you come here looking for a delicious alcoholic beverage or maybe a warm chicken crispito you will not be disappointed. The staff are wonderful.”

“This is a wonderful store with a great selection of whiskey offerings. Customer service is always great. Jim is great to talk whiskey with! Our last trip, I finally pulled the trigger on Barrel Mizunara, Redwood Lost Monarch Cask strength and was also able to obtain a bottle on my unicorn list. We have found several great bottles from this store. They have a large store that likely has many great finds outside of the whiskey section.”
