FIVE STARS rating for Max, the amazing young man who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the DIY roofing project we were undertaking. Thank you, Max. Your assistance is very appreciated! ONE star rating to Lowe's in general for having a website wherein it is impossible to send a note to compliment their most helpful employee. And a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS to Lowe's for the phone maze -- once I told their system what I needed (I stated I needed to speak to a manager) I was transferred off to who knows where; the phone rang 45 times before I gave up trying to compliment an employee. Ah, well.

Very friendly staff and a huge selection of everything you need. The sales staff were attentive and answered all my questions. This store was fully stocked were the keizer location usually is not. I will deffanitly be returning to this lowes. My family and I couldnt ask for a better experience yesterday.

On 2/4 we wanted to purchased a small vanity. After not being able to find a cart an employee told us to go out and look in the parking lot, or wait for someone leaving and follow them out to their car. Once we located the cart we located the vanity and needed assistance putting it on the cart. Not an employee on the floor and not a manager to be found. Grabbed an employee walking by on his personal cell phone, he assisted in placing it on the cart. At checkout we asked for assistance loading it into the truck. After waiting for an hr, (checking inside w/the clerk after 40 mins) we finally unboxed it in the parking lot, and we were able to create manageable pieces and we were able to load it. There are alternatives to Lowe's and Home Depot and it's fine to shop elsewhere.

I'm very dissapointed in their service, an employee was very argumentative with me, in the plumbing department, plus I could not get any help finding and getting what I needed, I was told that it wS because they are very short handed.

I went into your store on Tuesday 1-9-24 for some lumber products and was pleasantly surprised to get a very helpful employee to help me get what I need at a price that I can afford. He made sure to look around to see what would work and not willing to stop until he got what I needed. Since the pandemic hit it is very hard to find an employee that is dedicated to customer satisfaction and not feeling like he’s being put out to do the work he’s being paid to do. The person I am talking about is Michael in Lumber. I was very pleased with him. You got a keeper with him.

Pretty Ok. I prefer to park in the pro parking area, which usually has spots and it's much easier to load wood under cover. The wood - like the other big box store can be quite expensive. Staff is nice, but a big issue for me is no means to cut down any wood larger than plywood. Decent selection.

Very helpful employees.
