Bought shoes online, delivered to the store at no additional cost. Shoes were as described, well packaged & arrived in good condition. Shipping was a bit slow but customer service was prompt & courteous.

I was kicked out while looking for my lost wallet (it had 31 dollars in cash in it) because my friend underhand tossed me something (1 time) , afterwards we started looking at something and not even 30 seconds later a worker walked up, The guy couldn't give me a warning to stop at the least, what was I supposed to know? if the rules are going to be that strict you have to warn me in advance there was literally no way I could have known, I doubt everyone's experience will be like this and im fine if you have strong authoritarian rules but please warn people in advance if they're that strict

I really enjoy shopping at Macy's. They have a great selection of good quality products. They also have some wonderful sales. I have gotten some beautiful jewlery from there at a reasonable price. I like the atmosphere of the store. It's classy and the clerks are friendly and helpful. I hope Macy's is here to stay for a long time, and I will continue to make it my Go-To destination!

Very few people working. Appeared to only be two on the entire floor. No bell at counter to get the few worker's attention. Person who finally came to the counter could not answer the questions about the suitcase I was looking to purchase.
