Worst place to have to deal with. Awful customer service. Their website is flawed. If possible, take your business elsewhere. I regret using them.

well I'm a customer of theirs..@ the administration building..of MAPS CREDIT UNION...i was ask to leave but i don't really don't know why...but i left..but i'm a customer of their "establishment" So being a black man here and the darkest person in the bank..I was using their wi-fi which is automatic open to all!! what the worse of it..is I spend money all the time at least 10 dollars..for red bull and a danish!!...what so sad is the lady who works their food/drink counter was mad at me for sitting and using the facility , I don't understand why except for that except she is A KAREN....I didn't care but now that i'm on YELP...I see they have more negative reviews than positive,..The sad thing is IF ,I ask for help fROM the POLICE,...I would have a problem,cause this is OREGON and they hate me "naturally"and the feeling is exactly the same..So i don't ask for their help or I might be killed...and white people know this,so they love it....What world do I live in that I'm "the hunted one",We bulit this country from the train tracks to the white house...the planet is called Earth,the country is U.S.A.AND i GOT I recommend treading carefully if you bank with maps."LOTS OF LOVE for this flag....but what do u then???...i will report this and stop this from happening to others ,who are just doing what they are doing legally!! The worse part is I have a debit and a credit card and never been late to all charges on those cards as of this date 8/7/23......So what does it take to stand up against RACISM....??? I'm not good enough to be left alone!!...in the words of PAIGE H.: " I've been a member at maps since I was about "6" years old. Pretty much my whole family banks here. This last year I am really wondering why I would trust them with my money when they have made some pretty big mistakes, changed details on my account and charged me for things I didn't authorize. Luckily they have a pretty great lady at the corporate level that is pretty good at her job and smooths issues over pretty well. I'm a pretty loyal customer and I don't like change so for now I'm still with them. I recommend treading carefully if you bank with maps."

This is a review based on there website.Its a real pain that I have to verify my account every time I try to login on a different device. Why cant I save as a trusted device, like every other webpage. Its a huge inconvenience If i'm trying to check account information and I am not near my phone I have to stop what I'm doing to go get a phone and wait for a prompt then log in.

Don't do business here. They have a very strict masking policy and don't accommodate customers. We went in with shields and they handed us masks. They wouldn't allow us to proceed until we masked up. Then they couldn't meet with us to open an account. They offered the next day. We left and opened our accounts at another institution that didn't persecute us for shields and had time for us that day. Stay away from here. I have no idea how they handle your money but if our initial experience was any indication, I would not put your money here. I won't be going back for any reason.

So far very disappointed in Maps. My husband and I bought a car in August and provided Maps with our proof of insurance. Everything was fine until last month when we were charged doubled for our car payment. After contacting Maps, they stated that they did not have proof of insurance on our vehicle so they added insurance to our loan, doubling our monthly payment and adding over $4000 to the back end of our loan, all of this was done WITHOUT CONTACTING US. My elderly mother came into the West Salem branch today 3/8/2021 and was treated horribly by the working staff. I understand that during covid, bathrooms are not available for use by the public, but one would assume that during dire circumstances, exceptions can be made. After driving 4 hours and finally arriving at this location, she begged the teller to let her use the bathroom before she began her transaction. The teller basically told her to wet her pants, and being 70 with little to no bladder control, that is what she did. In the lobby. She was so ashamed and embarrassed. She has been a loyal member of Maps CU for MANY years and plans to withdrawal her money from this bank and bank elsewhere due to the lack of decency shown by the West Salem tellers.

brand new customer, been put through the ringer since day one!!!!! web site had issues accepting my initial deposit, was told to just "try again". it "magically" corrected overnight, charging the second debit card i tried, not the first. then takes two weeks to get a card, no lobby banking hrs so pretty tricky to talk to someone unleas you use the drive thru windows.... fast forward two weeks later, cards here, i have a STATE check in my hands from first interstate bank and a
