People from maps steal from your bank accounts here and are getting away with it they have taken about 600.00 the past 4 months BAD BANK

Someone I know went into this branch to cash pennies, dimes, and nickels. They went to cash COINS. This bank took the little money this person made off cashing COINS, because he was over drafted. He explained that was his last money to feed his toddler for the week until his next paycheck and started to break down in tears. MAPS took this persons last $40. MAPS told him they couldn't help him. He lost all the money he made from cashing out COINS. What a shame that a community oriented bank does not care about vulnerable and financially struggling families. This families over draft fees are more important than them getting to buy fresh groceries for the week.

absolutely horrible drive thru teller at the window today, been coming to this location for years and have never had a bad experience or bad customer service. this lady was rude, no hello or greeting after I waited about 10 minutes while she was with the other lane. for her to then tell me that she couldn't deposit 3 transactions and sent my checks back to tell me to go inside. mind you, there were no cars behind me or in the other lane. she needs retrained and taught how to treat customers

I use this location the most in town, it is so convinient for me. I usually use the drive through and Brooke, the drive up teller most days I come through, is always so personable and always has a smile. Maps is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I have had little to no problems banking with them. Always recomending friends and family to switch or if just starting a bank account to check here first.

There is nothing better than Maps. Anytime I need help or have a question they are so kind and take the time to explain it all to me. I also do all my loans and payments through them because it is that easy to stay on top of and have all my payments in one spot. I’d recommend Maps to anyone.

I love Hines street location! The tellers are super friendly, always attentive and supportive. My whole family uses them as there credit union! All because of our grandma! Who's been a member over 30 years!!

This is m main location I go to.It's easy to get to, & never an issue with parking, which is great, because some banks lots are a "P. I. T. A"."The girls have always been nice to me & they're not so busy it's a hassle.The only thing I wish all Maps Banks would offer for members, is free money orders!

Half the time I visit the lobby is " temporarily closed" it was a waste of another visit.
