I called ahead of time to make sure they were open until 7 PM and the guy on the phone told me that they would be but I got there at 4:45 and he told me that they were closing early. When I asked him why they said they’re open till seven. He told me they’re a family run business and they have the right to close whenever they want. Bad business! I’ll go elsewhere whenever I wanna get my tires. Don’t go here! They have horrible service!!

It was quite disappointing when I arrived 40 minutes before closing time and they refused to mount four tires because they were “closing soon”. Place was empty with no other customers getting service. I had called ahead and driven 30 minutes to make it before they closed.

I had a flat tire. The tire was put on quickly. Very inexpensive. The Service was Excellent. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. That is a Rare thing Today in Businesses. I will go to Martinez tires every time I need tires or wheel work.

We ran over a knife blade and went to see if they could patch it. It was too wide to patch, but they threw on a replacement tire in no time at all. Great experience!
