Me and my mom went in two days ago and my mom had some returns to make my mom buys her items from online she hardly goes in the store but she wanted to take back stuff that didn’t fit when we got there after my mom told the lady about it the lady said “ then why did you buy it if you knew it wasn’t gonna fit “ my mom didn’t know, a lot of people know it’s hard to tell if it will fit when you buy online but I just wanna say Maurices please tell your workers to not be smart mouth with there customers thank you

First Maurice's I've been in where none of the 3 clerks acknowledged us until we were ready to check out. Clerk that checked us out was pleasant, however.

Love the quality of the clothes, but this location has the worst customer service ever. The few times I've been in, they have NEVER acknowledged me or the people I'm with, they just stare, the only time they will speak to us is to check us out. Very uncomfortable environment as a POC. You're better off shopping Maurice's online.

In the past someone would greet you and after you had a couple items they'd offer to start you a room. None of that happened. I'm Completely disheartened by the lack of customer service! I came in to make a purchase and thought I found some great pieces but it took over 45min to ring up the person in front of me with only 2 people in the store and 2 employees. When the second employee started to ring me up she kept stopping to help the first. Ultimately I ran out of time after over an hour, I never anticipated it taking so long and it's no exaggeration. Even the first customer kept telling them no when they couldn't figure it out because she wanted to leave too. I asked that the employee put the items on hold and I'd be back. She had my name from waiting to purchase with my card and yet when I came back not only had everything been put back but the prices had changed and half of the items I had selected had been sold. Suddenly I was paying 3x the amount I would have, for fewer items overall. I honestly get better service online and yet they've lost my business.

Was warmly welcomed in and they let me browse which I loved. Really super helpful staff got me a clean sanitized changing room after spotting me with a pile of jeans to try on and let me know if I needed any other sizes they were happy to help. Lily was friendly and helpful and offered to save me 15% off with a Maurices credit card, or 10% off if not approved. She said I could pay the card off online or in the store easily and explained the benefits. Super quick form and approval and I was on my way. I appreciate the non pushy service, most stores that are pushy I just leave due to my PTSD/Anxiety. I will be back! #JustTakeMyMoney

Great customer service. Not a huge selection but I dont expect much from Box stores. Although they had what I was looking for when all the other stores in the mall were out of xmas masks mainly a buffalo plaid mask. Everything I got was on sale too. I wouldn't pay for anything full price from Mauris because it's not the highest quality.
