Do not waste your time at Premier Truck Group of Salem. I am From North Carolina traveling in an RV that has a cummins 600hp having issues with the fan clutch. So, on Monday I called and spoke to Ryan and he set me up an appointment for Tuesday at 1 which I Changed to Thursday at 1. On Wednesday I called and spoke to Brad since I was getting to Salem quicker than I thought. Brad said that if he were me he would come in Thursday at 9. So, I did. Brad wanted $500 authorization to diagnose the issue and then he might need more money to be authorized for diagnosis. He said it was 2 hours labor time at $250 an hour. I agreed to 1 hours time as it should be simple in my opinion. Brad said that it would be before 1 that the technician came to work and he would and come to get our RV at 1. So we waited in our RV and 1 came and went with NO communication from Brad. So at 1:45 we left and went to Freightliner Northwest Albany 30 minutes away. Boy am I glad that we did as our RV was diagnosed immediately and repaired. Our total bill was $156. Freightliner Northwest Albany's labor rate is 22% less at $195. Brad called me at 3:01 to ask if I was still around as they were ready for me. How did they miss a 45 foot RV leaving their service waiting area??????

If you want security of mind, I highly recommend them. They go beyond to find the solution to complex mechanical problems. Great place to get a PM because they do a full inspection and catch potential issues before they evolve into major breakdowns.
It may seem that they are more expensive, however they put more work into the vehicle with better quality.
There are many times I have taken my vehicle to other places for repair or maintenance and have noticed that the missed some details in service.
So, it’s nice to know that Premier specializes in Freightliners and hence they know the trucks like the back of their hand.

Who were there and I needed a mirror cause one of my brethren Inthe trucking industry decided he needed to adjust mine .thanks by the way ...so they bent over backwards in locating a mirror , trying to help with getting 2bolts out .they notch professionals with top notch customer service skills .I'm in the relocation industry so when it comes to customer service I'm a pro .I've been to alot of premiere over the years and if judging by how these individuals conduct them selve is

Ryan, Was Outstanding Service writer and Manager. We threw a code in the Motorhome on a 2,800 mile trip. I called made an appointment for the next day and Ryan got me in on time diagnosed the issue. They ordered the part and got me out of there with in hours. We travel with our dogs, Ryan said we could wait in the Customer Service Longe and the dogs could come to. 5 Star service. Highly recommend.
