Today is February 29th. It is 8:20 in the morning. The drive through person taking the orders was very rude, She struggled to let me ensure I had everything there. She was short and kurt in her tone. The gal at The first window was nice, the gal at the second window, meh.

Young man told me to use the touch screen machine (which is covered in fecal matter because people don't wash their hands or the touch screens) to order my food myself so I just walked out. What's the point of having cash registers and cashiers if you're gonna force customers to do what the workers should be doing? I'm not getting paid to work here, so why should I have to do the work? What if I was paying cash? Dystopian and sad. I used to go here several times a month, not sure if I'll be back again.

Prices suck, but the mobile app makes things even out with the free food. I love the customer service. The women that work their are beautiful and very very generous.

Requested an over medium egg. Understanding this is a special request I usually done mind waiting extra time for my food. This time after the order had already gone through and been paid for, and started preparing, “manager” EdDy came to let me know they can’t do that. We’ll eDdY you are quite wrong as they have accommodated this in the past. I really don’t care that the last batch of eggs went came out at 830am and now it’s 1000am. Your job is customer service. This customer isn’t happy with the service YOU provided eDdY if you’re seeing this. Your coworkers understood and accepted and communicated that between themselves to help accommodate my order before you stopped that. Well if the business was busy I may be understanding. However there was not many customers at that time. Eddy has provided the worst customer service experience and I would be happy to get into that more if you contact me. My order number is 259 on 2/01/24.

So. We were missing almost half of our order.We got all our cheeseburgers, but not a single mcchicken to be seen and absolutely not a single fry. Why did we have to wait for 30 minutes, if we weren’t going to get everything we ordered. We asked the prepubescent boy who brought us our food if that was everything and if we were all good to go and he said yes… I guess he was wrong. Every time we try to stop by here after getting off work, we end spending money on something we never even received, it’s always a miss, please I am begging you hire more competent employees.
