When we first switched our carriers to Metro things got all screwed up, even went without a phone for a while because of the the situation. When we finally got it all worked out, I went in to pay my first months bill and to ask questions about accounting issues, my family decided to try another Metro by T mobile store, hoping to get some answers? We meet the most helpful, respectful, likable, knowledgeable about what we should have already been told, quick to detangle the mess the other people's mistakes, set things straight the way we wanted the plan to go and did a great job at letting people coming into the store that she's a little bit busy but if they are willing to wait for her it's going to be a little bit or she gave them an option to go to the other closest metro by T Mobile store. This lady knows her stuff and she does it with a smile on her face and a welcoming tone in her voice. Thank you dear lady! We left very much happier and satisfied.

I was helping a friend whose first language wasn’t English get a new phone after hers broke. The guy we worked with was patient when she didn’t understand immediately and was super helpful.

They went above and beyond to help us to do an exchange and correct any problems we had. They made sure before we walked out of their store that we were completely happy and totally understood how our phones worked. They helped us get our data transferred over and made sure we were able to get any discounts available. I would highly recommend this store for all of your cell phone needs.
