Very great workers! They are VERY nice and welcoming. Enjoyed speaking to each of them! Will for sure be back! My husband enjoyed it as well, they take their time for pedicures loved it! VERY GREAT PRICE! For me and my husband was $140,
And I got both and he just got pedicure!

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I have been coming to this place since they were behind Macy's, brought many customers, this time I brought my granddaughter to have her first manicure and pedicure! I paid extra for gel nails and 2 days later it started to chip. They fixed that one but when we came for the second nail they refused to fix it unless I paid extra!! They were rude and yelling at me and accusing my granddaughter of doing something to her nails to make them chip!! A week later she only had 3 chips nails on one hand and 2 nails on the other hand with gel nail polish!! IF YOU GO TO THIS PLACE DON'T EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE TO GO BACK TO COMPLAINT BECAUSE OF A JOB BADLY DONE!!!!!!

Got my nails done on Thursday and then just 2 days later it started to chip of just got my right hand finger fixed today and now my left is chipped off gel nail polish they have must be really cheap and pedicure on my feet were scrubbed way to hard do better I'm not happy with you guys my purple is chipped off now 😡 I've came to complain 3 times no one cares to fix my nails they want 5 dollars per a finger don't recommend going awful customer service ever wouldn't give money back

Just a few out of towners coming for a wedding and needing mani/pedis. Called around everywhere and no where had any time for walk-ins until I called Modern Nail. They were able to get us in so efficiently. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They had amazing prices for the services and if we ever find ourselves in Salem, we’ll be back!

10/10 would not recommend they rushed me and my sisters nails they originally told us are full sets we’re gonna be 45 dollars each ended up paying 65 each I showed them the nails I wanted and they came out bulky the lines were not clean and nothing like I asked for. They charge extra for little details too

I’m seriously in love with my nails every time I go see victor . He’s the only one I’ve found that can do the airbrush ombré . That means I can have any color ombré nails not just white! 12/10

The first time I went in, it was an amazing experience! The second time, I made an appointment and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We were rushed through our services, yelled at and argued with! I am a great customer! I’m nice, I tip well, and I’m loyal! I don’t expect to be treated special, but I’m paying for your services. I got my nails filled and a pedicure, sequentially, in less than 27 minutes. I will never go back.
