Went there to rent a tux for my son for Snoball, Great service! My son wanted to wear his cowboy boots with the tux so the lady ordered 2 different pairs of pants for his tux to make sure he would look good♥️

Fitted sizing way off like pants 5” too short and waist 3 inches too small for Prom! Wow so disappointing. Thankfully my Son had a back up pant but if not he would have been screwed! Horrible and unprofessional. They have 1 job and could not do it properly! Awful

My son and I had a wonderful experience at this store! He needed a tux last minute and I called ahead to make sure his size was available. I spoke with Michelle multiple times and she was always helpful, kind and willing to check their inventory. When we visited the store Michelle picked out a tux and make sure it fit him properly. The store was nicely arranged and tidy. They have a large variety of formalwear and accessories that I think are especially nice for teens and young adults. We’ll definitely be back!

They are the nicest people! We rent regularly from them and it is always an excellent experience. Recently they really helped us out in a pinch and it is so nice to have that personal touch.

The lady that measured me had made a huge mistake, the suit was two sizes too small... This place is complete trash if you want an uncomfortable night and ugly suit

We received exceptional customer service with the manager and staff at Mr. Formal. Very understanding and helpful people. I would recommend this business 110% to anyone in need for any event. My daughters wedding went fantastic with the help from the employees at Mr. Formal.

We had our final tuxedo fitting prior to the upcoming wedding. They were able to fit us in even though they were short handed. No fault to the manager but she took care of us and fit us when she could.

Staff was super nice with trying to find the right color tie, but when I received the tux it was extremely poor quality and I had class the days after and I was charged $100 in late fees ?. It was cheap and it worked but I hate the late policy, they shouldn’t make people turn them in the next day asap. Give some wiggle room.

I was in a serious bind. Asked to emcee an event st the last minute and these guys delivered in a big way. I was able to get a same say appointment. Get many random questions answered and got exactly what I needed for the event. Cannot thank them enough for being amazing.
