Christian was very helpful, he was a god send we needed a storage unit and he helped us with the unit when I started moving in I realized the unit was too small, he helped me find a unit that was perfect with both size and price. He is very knowledgeable about the storage units. And very professional in his work. Thank you Christian for all your help with our mess.

Manager never told me to let them know when I move out. So I moved out today the 11th. Apparently they don't pro rate the month. They charge you the whole month even though I only use a little over a 1/3 of the month. Very disappointed in theor lack of info and business policies.

I got into town late and was unable to access my unit. I had talked to the property manager to let him know that we wouldn't get there until 8 and all he said was that we had to be out by 9. NOT once during that conversation did he say we need to be there by 6 before the office closed. We showed up and count get into the until and I called the 800 number with ZERO help. We had to sleep in our truck to watch our things so nothing got stolen. Then had to wait until 9:30 the next morning. This was a horrible experience.
