I absolutely love renting from this business. Ruby that works the office is an absolute angel and will bend over backwards to get you what you need. They have really been there for me during some tuff times in my life. Grateful for this business.

When I first arrived at Northwest Self Storage, I was a little unsure because the surrounding area seemed a bit rough. But after seeing the property, the clean grounds, and the high-security measures — including a brand-new front gate — I felt completely comfortable storing my utility trailer there.
Talyssa helped me on my very first day and she was fantastic. Professional, friendly, and always easy to work with. I stored my utility trailer here for a few months with No problem, and it was easy to get in and out when I needed it. I then let a friend borrow it and I kept paying for the space so I'd have it for when he got done using my trailer, but when I realized my friend would need the trailer for even longer, I decided to cancel my space. By that time, I was already 10 days into a new billing period and had a late fee. I called the office to explain the situation and asked if I could close out my parking space. To my surprise, they were so understanding — they waived the late fee and even removed the charges for the new rental period.
You don’t find that kind of customer service everywhere. Talyssa truly made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Northwest Self Storage!

We have a unit here, in fact a big one. And I've been broke into twice now. The first time apparently some homeless person on foot was breaking in and hanging out in units for like 3 hours, then leaves. He took a box out of mine that had my Milwaukee tools in it. He tossed my entire unit looking thru everything. Breaking things along the way. Then two days later I get a notice that my rates are being raised. I think that's pretty crappy. I responded to the email about of the increase and explained that I felt a 50.00 increase was a little excessive considering I was just broke into and had things stolen. I got a response back, and I think we communicated back and forth a couple of times when I got one last email saying that the best he could do was to raise my rate from 190.00 to 221.00. Alright, so a 31.00 increase after just being broke into. I had no choice other than to move, and that wasn't going to happen. This all took place around April 4th, 2025. Then the month of May my boyfriend paid the bill, he never told me how much they charged him, but they charged 240.00. And again 240.00 for June! To top it all off, my unit got broke in to again. This time they took over half of my unit! All my family photos, my dead moms things, my dead brothers things all gone. Im waiting for another rate increase. The ONLY good thing about all this has been the manager on site. I do not know her name but she's been super nice, understanding, and has helped in anyway she can. One time I had left something outside my unit and she retrieved it and kept it safe for me as well. I have nothing but good to say for her. The other people I have spoke to or had to deal with I can't say have been very good at all. Im very disappointed to say the least. I think to raise rates right after being broke into is not very good customer service.

Quiet. Secure. Punch in and punch out,I like that! Not a 24hr access which takes care of the unwanted loitering. I like the process from the online details and payment, within minutes I had a unit secured and ready for me at the size I was looking for. The unit was ready to use and empty though I felt the need for some cleaning action to happen. Deal online with easy payment was a breeze and the staff was great.

This place has charged my credit card and I have never been a customer here. They were not helpful in finding out why they have my card on file.
