For the amount of time that we had the storage, there was never any issues. Well, there was a minor issue BUT Ruby made sure to fix it quickly with no hesitation. She was available to answer any questions we had! (except on Tuesdays lol)
I absolutely love her personality and most of all her honesty. She will be my go-to next time we need a storage unit again. Thank you for everything Ruby ❤️

NW Storage has been fantastic! Ruby, the manager, was welcoming, friendly, and helpful from day one—making my move easy with supplies and great attention to detail.
