Nice place, very clean and organized, the access was easy, the storage is big, they have a control remote for some of the units that make easy access, big space to park and move around in case you are using a box truck, they have an excellent customer service, nice location.

We have used NW Self Storage for three years. When we moved here, we had a ton of things with us and had to put them into two big units. So I have been in and out a lot. Removing and reorganizing until I was down to a small unit. Their service has been excellent. It’s always really clean and I feel like it’s just a safe place to store my stuff. Just moved out today, and I wanted to make sure that they got credit for offering great service. I highly recommend them.

I moved into a 10x30 late January. It’s late March, and I just received a Notice of Increase for a 25% increase. This is absurd to me. Not only will this cost me extra rent until I get moved, but the cost/stress of moving to a new facility. I will not stay with a company that Baits and Switches its customers.P.S. NW storage it’s pointless telling me you have to raise rates to cover costs. Costs don’t increase 25% and good companies don’t increase new clients. This is Profiteering at its finest and even your wages are grossly under paid. So save your breath and tell the owner I’m filing a complaint on the BBB website.
