“We recently purchased a product at a Beaverton OR, Location of Office Depot. When my Wife attempted to return it to this Location, since we reside in Salem, ....She was told by the Customer Service Person that she would need to drive to Beaverton, OR, to return it to the store she purchased it from. This is absolutely NOT true. Office Depot ( Which Owns Office Max ) has a policy of 'EASY' returns at all and ANY of their 1000+ locations. I contacted Kelly Hammock Store Manager the next day and informed her of this situation and Kelly rectified this issue lightening fast. Kelly cheerfully managed the return fully to our expectations. What also makes Kelly a Star is her Consummate Interpersonal social Skills, Coupled with Stellar Business Acumen and the Knowledge of how to set an example of how to take care of a valued Customer. Impressive. I have zero issues, shopping at this store, with Kelly at the Helm.”

“We have been with Pacific Office for since the property opened 2013 and it has been an excellent partnership. Donald became our account manager last year things really turned around. Response time for technical issues has been so much faster & pleasant. Donald continually visit our office time to time just to see how our copying machine is working. & whenever when there was an issue and we contacted them. Pacific Office, and Donald in particular, have done an outstanding job of contacting us regularly to make sure things are running smoothly. Customer Service is the key, and they deliver!!”

“They are absolutely the best! They repaired our 10 year old HP 3 in 1 printer as well as our HP PC very quickly. They were good thinking out of the box in repairing the on / off switch as well as replacing our failed PC`s power supply.Our PC is critical in operating our farm & they had it repaired faster than we could come & pickup!”
