Went in today to inquire about Fedex shipping. While they weren't able to generate the label I needed (It was specific enough that Fedex needed to do it) I received excellent customer service. Ian was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me before we realized I needed a different store. 10/10.

Upon entering store when opened today 5/18/25 the person who opened gave me a glance that indicated that he was not going to help me in any way. I had a few questions about a couple items in store. I left without any of the questions answered and wondering why I was not even helped at all. Poor customer service by all of the staff at this store on Lancaster and Auburn in Salem, OR.

It is exactly what you would expect for a Lancaster store. Given I have had 2 out of my 2 visits to this store be a disaster, it still could be a fluke. If I ever go back (which I don't plan to), I will adjust review as needed.
