“Elite Auto Service is top notch. I brought my 2015 BMW to them for an oil leak. I thought I was in for $1500+ worth of repairs. I was beyond thrilled when I was told it was a simple fix. Not only did he fix the leak and changed my oil, he replaced a bulb, removing a pesky warning, as well as replaced the battery in my key fob. All of this work for less than what it would have cost to get my oil changed at an oil change place. He could have easily over charged me and completed work that was unnecessary. This guy is a stud and an honest person with integrity. Look no further than Elite Auto Service. For the record, I have never wrote a review before, however, with this level of service I felt it necessary.”

“What a GREAT first experience I had today with this local shop! Zero wait time, and they were friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and thorough. I happened to have the necessary supplies on me (oil filter and oil) because a friend was going to do it for me but then couldn’t last second, so in desperation I googled cheap oil changes in Salem, and this place I’d never heard of was mentioned first! And they used my supplies and only charged $25 for the labor, even offering to change my air filter for free when he saw my newly-bought filter in my trunk.
And THEN I heard about their awesome mission (via Salem First Baptist) to be a second chance employer! So cool!”

I’ve had work done on both my vehicles at this shop in the last couple months. They are easy to work with, do a good job and charge reasonable rates. I recommend them to my family and friends.”

“Surpassed my expectations!!! My 3yr warranty battery died at the two year mark. Thankfully it happened while I was at home. I went to Valvoline and they replaced it for free, bc it was still within the warranty period. Had someone from Valvoline make a house call and switch it out for a new one! Excellent service; 10/10!!”

“Went in to buy a new battery and the first person who assisted with checkout was not very willing to assist with any additional parts of the process, but when I came back in, another person helped me. I was allowed to borrow a 10mm socket and wratchet to replace my battery at the location and wasn't charged a cent (besides the battery). Very helpful technician and the service writer went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Very happy customer!”
