Disappointed that this Vet doesn’t make availability to clients in emergency needs. Also they did not write the correct breed of my dog on his paperwork thankfully akc his his info right but for paperwork this is disappointing.

Our dog had developed an ear infection, I called the Center late in the afternoon and was able to speak with a vet tech (Cory) who was very attentive and knowledgeable. He scheduled us to come in the following morning to have her looked at.
OVVC took care of the ear within a few hours and called to report the problems and the action plan to resolve them. I found the entire staff to be helpful, extremely competent and they provided top level customer service.
Thank you for being like the old school vets that care more about the customer and patient then then nickle and dimeing the consumer to bankruptcy!

We are new to Salem and had an urgent medical need with one of our cats. Orchard Valley made the effort to fit her into the schedule. My eat received excellent and compassionate care.

I loved the customer service here my cat loved it they were really gentle with him specially the doctor she was amazing i definitely recommend This place they’re all really nice and kind will definitely be coming back for his next appointments .

Everyone at the clinic have genuine concerns not only for the pets but the owners as well. I was always treated with compassion and respect from the people trying to save my pet. unfortunately my Chilidog didn't make it but it was not for lack of try from Orchard Hill. I don't know if I will get another dog anytime soon because the loss hurts way too much, but if I do I will definitely use Orchard Hill as my vet.

Dr. Crawford is one of the best Vets in Oregon! She is friendly, compassionate and provides excellent care. Rachel is amazing and great with animals and did a wonderful job with Aurora's teeth cleaning and tooth extraction. I have been bringing my co-pilots to Orchard View for years and think highly of the care they provide.
