Unfortunately the north Salem store in Lancaster drive is not the best, the people are not very professional, some don't know how to use the computer system, I lost 2 1/2 hours becouse how inefficient was 2 employees I need to go from north to south and south to north... They need to learn from the South Salem store they fix the problem in 5 minutes just with a simple phone call... I am going to change my score if I see a better service in the north Salem store.

Put me on hold twice after saying I was next caller. They finally pick up again say hello one time I said hello then they hang up. What a joke.

Had a great experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts last night. I came in around 9pm needing a battery change, and it turned unto a bigger job than expected. Tana and Jerome went above and beyond- staying past closing time to make sure everything was fixed up right. they were patient, professional, and didn't rush the job even though it was late. Really grateful for their help. Definitely recommend this location for great service.

I sent my wife to pick up some parts for me . She ran out of washer fluid in the truck , so she bought a gallon . This was at night and there were so many bugs she could not see through the windshield when head lights would hit it . She was told that they can not help her by putting it in ! How does this make any sense when O’Reillys will install your battery and will check your engine light and put new windshield wipers on for you but they’re not intelligent enough to be able to dump a gallon of windshield washer fluid in. On top of that they would not even offer to help her carry any of her stuff out to the car what a fine group of lazy men working here . But at least a homeless man had the decency to try to help when it was too much effort for the O’Reilly guys
