Ordered for party of eight in several orders. Staff were helpful and accommodating. This restaurant has always been a friendly place to take children.Dietary restrictions: Padington’s was wonderful about customizing my pizza for my diet.

Service is pretty casual, pizza is good. I would recommend getting their pizza well done as it sometimes seems undercooked. Usually get the pizza to go. The price range is spendy, about $ for a large 2 topping pizza but it is a great treat once a month. The ranch is watery. Answering phones seems to always take longer, I always set aside about 10 min. Overall thought, good pizza.

Food: Good. Great, even. Choices are many.Beverages and beer also good.Customer service? No. Younger woman at the counter was kind of snarky/rude and just ignored my SO and myself when we ordered, just staring blankly."Can I get three plates and forks please?" ---"We dont have paper plates"Yeah, I didn't ask for paper plates. Just plates and a fork.Oh and the real kicker? There was a slice of pizza missing from ours when I picked it up. I pointed at that in and asked but was ignored again.Cool.

The service is great and the food tastes great its the first time I ate there in a very long time and I should say that I would definitely eat there again. They made a mistake on my order and they were quick to fix it and to fully refund me because of my satisfaction they didn't need to do that but they did and I really commend them for that.Parking: The parking spaces is minimal but it works.

Sat on the phone for 20 minutes no one answered, I got there and no one was waiting or ordering. Just zero service the guy said 20 minutes to get a pizza.

Our family's favorite pizza place. I was a Papa Murphy's take and bake person, Dominos, Pizza Hut person prior. Papa Murphy's does alright but sometimes the crust is too thick, and the texture is not as good. Dominos is kind of slim pickings on the amount of toppings they put on, and Pizza Hut is pretty good but miss the Buffett.Consistency in toppings and flavor is good. The only thing is if you don't like a thin cracker crust this would be off your list already. If you want different crust Garlic Jim's is a solid choice. They have online ordering but they have been running specials that are only available in store or on the phone. It would be great if the specials were online too.Parking: Stalls available most times but not always in front of the restaurant. The lot is pretty large so you are able to find one.Kid-friendliness: Large area but no play areas for kids, also there are kids menu items. The boys like the frosted glasses when we dine in.

Best pizza in Salem Oregon bar none. They're pricey but worth every penny. Whenever someone asks about a good place for pizza I tell them Paddingtons is a great place to go.Parking: Parking is good at both locations. But weekend nights can be busy.Kid-friendliness: They are kid friendly. But there's no play area for children.Wheelchair accessibility: Both locations have wheelchair access. However, the South Salem store is the only location with designated handicapped parking at the front entrance.

First time at this pizza place. Employees working their tails off while holding a positive attitude. Kudos to them. Pizza was really good. We got a large pepperoni, sausage and Canadian bacon. It was the daily special for 28 bucks. A little pricey, but worth it. There were no leftovers lol. Sodas were 1.75 with no refills. Meh. A ranch cup was .75, again meh. No games or entertainment like most other pizza joints. Did have 1 tv over a large fireplace which was cool. Didn't have any clean knives, only forks. Tables were a mess. I guess they were training some new hires so I understand that. Men's bathroom smelled like old pee and needed a cleaning. The best is yet to come. We saw an Employee making a pizza, then rubbed her nose, then went right back to putting ingredients on the pizza. Pretty disgusting. I'll probably come back sometime, but no soon.

This place reminds me of times as a child. The pizza parlor setting is comforting and relaxing. The fireplace is an excellent touch. And the pizza is always the best. The slices are small, so there are lots of them. Service is fast and always friendly. Best place to eat pizza for sure.
