Doesnt seem like a terrible environment but considering im half bald with hardly any hair on my head. $32 to shave my head bald, requires no skill, is pretty crazy.

Young man who attempted to do my haircut wasn't skilled in a pixie and should NOT have attempted. I stopped him before he skinned me, it was uneven with wholes he had no idea how to use his razor. Kept trying to scissor cut when I specifically said I wanted a razor cut. He should stick to doing clipper/guard customers only. Pay bill in full but should have been offered a refund. I just paid triple at a salon to repair what he did after 3 weeks of growth.

I adore Maranda she is so sweet and fun to talk to I love how she cut my hair and got all the dead ends out I also appreciate the recommendations she gave me to help my hair get back to being healthy I recommend getting your hair done by her she is so sweet and fun to talk to! ☺️😁

Best kept secret in Salem! All the stylists are GREAT and have been there a long time. I have been going here for 5 years now and have never liked my hair more! I now take my kids to Perfect Look too. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality cut without the expense of the high-end salons!

I came in to have my haircut was talked into wash and blow-dry. OK I was good with that. I asked her when i was checking out for some shampoo with extra volume. When i got home i looked at the bottle it was mouse not shampoo. This is something i will never use. When i washed the stuff out of my hair that night only to find out my haircut was not feathered like i asked it was cut straight across and was uneven from one side to another. I going to end up paying someone else to fix it. I was very clear what i wanted and told her at least 4 times that i wanted it feathered. Paid $58.00 to have her give me the wrong product and fuckup my hair. She needs to go back to school.

I wanted only layers in my hair and I wanted to keep the same length but the lady cut it too short and did not listen I paid $38 so I recommend you not go to that place because they do not listen they just do what they want

Little hard to get an appointment during the weekend and even during the week as they don't take walk ins but when you do get in they always do a great job and all the stylists are all very friendly. I highly recommend Allison she's a very nice young lady great at cutting hair and awesome at getting to know her customersThanks

We paid $30 for a men’s haircut that took almost an hour, the lady who was cutting by his hair didn’t know what she was doing and was even saying that cutting men’s hair makes her scared because it’s hard. It doesn’t look good at all! He told her what he wanted and didn’t get what he asked for at all. The other hair stylist even offered to help her as she saw how it was going and she declined. Very disappointed… I had her cut my hair before a few months ago and I had a similar bad experience. I know the other ladies a very good and I was hoping he wasn’t going to get his hair cut by her. It’s just too much money to get your hair cut by someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing.
