Food from Raw, Freeze dried and air dried. amazing customer service. The staff is always helpful when you have a question. They care about animals a lot and you can tell. Sometimes you see kitty’s behind the counter or a dog.”

My dobie’s ears and belly smell soooooo good after bathing her in their Minksheen dog shampoo I can’t stop kissing her, Dobie moms-who could stop kissing on them!! ? their soaps leave my skin youthful and soft. “This is a wonderful business to support in our community. While shopping, I learned they have a rewards program that would save money on my dogs favorite treats. I usually order these treats on Amazon for the convenience of free delivery, but I learned that Mud Bay also offer free delivery in the Salem area --- making the switch to a support a local company vs a monopoly like amazon is a no brainer IMO, and the money saving is a major bonus as well!! Check them out ?”
“They have a wide selection of cat & dog food. This is one of the few places that carry my cat’s food. The employees are very helpful, friendly & laid back. Also, they have a program where you buy 12 bags of cat, dog food & cat litter, you get a bag free. You can sign up at the store with your phone number.”
“We came here as our third stop in Salem trying to find an operable tag engraver. We were delighted that the engraver machine was working. We were a little disappointed with the selection of small tags, but we found one that matched our needs that we didn't dislike. The staff were helpful and responded well to our frustration.”
