The price of an item is not what is advertised. 2 of 2 liter coke for 7 but in reality its 4.19 each coke when its rung up. I would avoid this one for just the misleading prices of items.

Not sure of the guys name that was behind the counter, he was wearing what looked like a Native American beanie. I went in 12/22/24 around 1045pm. The guy is very welcoming and friendly, I’ve been there a few times when he works the counter and he is always in such a good mood. 10/10 give the man a raise.

Worst customer service experience. The guy working wouldn’t sell alcohol to me even though I am 65 years old. There no way I look under age. My daughter tried going in to purchase it but he wouldn’t even turn around to look at her. Im sorry but if you don’t like what you do maybe you should find a different place to work at.

Deserves ZERO STARS!!! the employees are SO INCREDIBLY RUDE! went in to buy a soda, had my cash app card, asked for pin, my card has never had a pin for 4 years now, dude at counter took my soda off counter and said have a good day didn't even give me a chance to pay with cash. Then went to cash some loto tickets, and chick with big hat told me I would have to wait and walked off. Never been treated so rudely like they just did.

I’m over 50 and this kid decided to kick me out of the store after a disagreement 2 days prior shame on him and that 2 days later he sat me and told me to go else where

Come here all the time but some of the workers need to know the promotions that are going on. Martin does NOT know anything about any promotion and when you tell him that it says “save 3$ on buying 5” literally right behind him, he will not even give you the time of day. The guy is an absolute joke and should not work anywhere but his own apartment. Read up on promotions, teach this idiot what the promotions about, and be professional about it. It’s not hard scanning the sheet with all the promotions going on and letting the customer know that you included the promotion sale. Don’t be an idiot Martin

Judging by previous reviews, this store used to have problem employees. The new manager clearly runs a tighter ship and the current employees are respectful and helpful.Also the one star review over not being allowed to use a PRIVATE employee only bathroom. Are you daft? Plaid pantry doesn't offer restrooms to customers. Sad that the owner decided to stroke your ego instead of telling you the same thing you were told in the store.

Do not bring winning lottery tickets here. Workers switch out winning tickets here. I wouldn't even buy tickets here either workers and staff here a very shady. Buy your tickets directly out of lottery vending machines and bring winning tickets to reputable people like Safeway, Fred Myers or even lottery office.

Get rid of the dark haired girl working at the Silverton rd store at 5:30pm on 8/5/21. This girl refused to sell me cigarettes for my invalid client. Her reason was, that if they weren't for me that would be a 3rd party sell and she flat refused. I will NOT go to this store again! I will my business elsewhere!!

It's a convenience store on Silverton Road, you get what you pay for. I like that they have Pepsi products in the fountain. It's hard to get a GOOD fountain mix at most places lately. This Plaid Pantry does not have the damn computerized fountains. I got two bags of Cheeze-Its for $3, not a bad deal. The cashier was nice and pleasant. Store seemed neat and clean. Easy to get to for those of us that work on the rural part of Silverton Road. I shall return!
