I will not - ever return to Power KIA in Salem again. In the past I was a 3 time lease return customer. The end of October, I went to do another 3 year lease trade in and was treated with disrespectful remarks and attitudes thru out the entire staff of business offices. My family also bought an expensive handicap van in 2025 from there and he was there with me to process the lease paperwork. He was told that he didn’t understand the whole financial part of lease trade-ins. After 3 hrs of making offers back and forth. They said this just isn’t going to work. I said “you are right! I am leaving and not returning here ever again! You should know this is not the way you treat your returning customers!” And with that we left!

Power Kia of Salem has been a great dealership for car sales and service. I have purchased and leased cars from them and have always had an incredibly pleasant experience. I always get my oil changes and service from them as well. Jonny was my most recent salesman and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He’s transparent, thoughtful, knowledgeable, kind and works hard to meet the customer’s needs and wants. The dealership is always willing to address issues or concerns. They have friendly, caring and competent staff.
