Bought a CX 5 from them,supposedly full warranty. Shortly the rear tie down cover fell off.Refused to cover.Steve in service told me he might know a way to have the part painted.Ordered it,no one called to tell me it was in.No response from Steve when I tried to get info on paint.Now I have to figure out&pay to get it painted.Never,ever will I do biz with these people.Also the salesman didn't understand the features of the car.I spent hours with the manuel

They don't look at their used cars before they sell them. Both key fits aren't programmed to the car and they refuse to fix it after they told us it just needed a new battery. Who's knows what they're going to do about our "warranty" we purchased. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Consider Shopping at an honest car dealership instead. Very slow to respond to online inquiries about inventory at dealership. Took five days to correspond about potential purchase, but falsely advertised as “immediate support.” Sale was “passed off” from one salesman with favorable terms of sale to another that was offering less attractive terms when we arrived at the dealership. Did not disclose over the phone that outside financing “is not permitted,” so our local credit union rate was dismissed, and we had to signup with a partner credit union to complete the deal. Provided false information regarding vehicle diagnostics for repairs identified day of sale. Led to believe the dealership would check faulty systems free of charge, but mechanical shop tried to “Bait and Switch” for additional charges. Our temporary tags are about to expire, making the vehicle undrivable, despite promises from dealership that tags would be sent to us in the mail. When we called to rectify the situation, they told us to contact Department of Licensing for assistance, even though we paid the dealership for the plate registration. We need our license plates and dealership swears they have person that “can handle it” with Vancouver, WA to get our plates. Has not happened, waiting for a call back still… Overall, this was not a great car buying experience and we want helpful service recovery.

Power Mazda has had our car for about 6 weeks. They fixed the initial concern that we brought it in for and then one of their employees damaged our car driving it in their lot a few weeks ago. They had promised to get it fixed before we leave to move across the country this weekend but now say it won't be fixed in time and they have no idea when it will be ready. We are devastated! At this point we just need our car and they can't even tell us where we can pick it up from. They have offered us NO solutions whatsoever.

Sergio really helped me out with getting a new Honda! He explained everything to where I wasn't concerned or confused. The staff is also very uplifting and it's a good place to get help on buying, financing, or trading a car. Highly recommend them and Sergio!

I would give zero if I could. My daughter went in to purchase a used vehicle. I was co-signing I was told price 7995.00 by Dan finance dept and I decided to put 1000 down and receive a loan for the balance. When I received the paperwork the sales team added 4002.00 for warranty. My daughter did not understand and signed paperwork but when I saw this I cancelled the order.Stay away from the finance department.I had to reverse the payment thank god I put 1000 on credit card and not bank transfer. When I sent back the paperwork I place a letter requesting a refund and of course no refundTry anyone else not worth the hassle

I had my girlfriend take her Mazda to get an oil change here, because it is where she bought her car, its a Mazda dealer, and I thought they would take care of her and her car. When she came home, she came with a list of recommendations of repairs on her car. One of them was to change the engine air filter for 40 dollars. Now, I dont mind high prices, especially with a dealer, because i feel like it comes with the satisfaction that a professional did it and they will take care of their own customers. I can do an engine filter, so i decided to do it myself the next day. When i popped open the air filter box and lifted the air filter, there was a HUGE MOUSE NEST in the air box. Now, I thought to myself, "Did they not look inside? How lazy do you have to be to not lift the air filter and look under it? You just crack the box, peak inside, and say, yup its dirty, 40 bucks to change?" So, I told my girlfriend I found a mouse nest in her car, and that it was pretty lazy of them to not even look under the filter. She then said that THEY TOOK THE FILTER OUT AND SHOWED HER HOW DIRTY IT WAS! So, they saw the MOUSE NEST IN THE AIR BOX AND LEFT IT! Didn't say anything about it to her, just closed it all back up and sent her home. TERRIBLE. This makes me second guess everything they put on the recommendations. I sent my girlfriend there because I thought they would make sure it was safe and take care of her, AND SHE BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEM!! I am extremely disappointed, and I would think that this would be unacceptable behavior from any auto mechanic manager, ESPECIALLY A DEALERSHIP!! What they SHOULD have done was bring the filter to show my girlfriend, say, "Hey, we found a mouse nest in your air box. This filter is really dirty, we are gonna blow it out with some air, but it should be replaced pretty quick." BUT NO! They put it right back in with the mouse nest, didnt even dust off the filter and sent my girlfriend back onto the road. Terrible Service. I will say this, the next Mazda we buy wont be from here.
