I found Precision Auto after a failed appointment with another shop. When I called, I was surprised to be actually speaking with the owner, Mitch. After a few minutes of talking and providing details about my truck, he was able to schedule my truck for repairs right away. I was able to do off my truck right after work the same day I called. I met Mitch when I dropped off the truck which was Wednesday and he guaranteed I will get my truck back in a couple of days after I mentioned I really need it this weekend and I did. Mitch called me in between the days to let me know about other parts that needed changed which made sense to me since i bought it second hand and I'll be more at peace knowing i have new parts installed. I picked up my truck last night (Friday) and I met the mechanics who worked on my Truck. Tony and Rodolvo were very professional and kind. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with the service and outcome of my truck's repair. I was charged with a very reasonable amount for parts and labor. I would highly recommend considering Precision Auto Care for your vehicle repairs and services. Thank you Mitch and your team.

I took in my car because I was worried about a minor leak I saw under the vehicle. Mitch checked it out and let me know it wasn’t serious and didn’t try to upsell me. I asked him about future maintenance concerns about my car and he gave me estimates I would say are 15% less than I was quoted by other auto service places. I had my fuel filter replaced and he got it done same day and at a good price. He seems like an honest dude

my experince with precision auto care was awsome , mitch was super flexable with me and was able to get my car back on the road . he is a straight shooter and super easy to work with , thank you guys ! prices where more than resonable and he even helped me save some money by sourcing a part that was cheaper !

Precision Auto Care was recommended by another transmission shop for the repair work I needed done. The pricing for the work was affordable and they got the job done within the estimated time frame given, which was the next day. The final price was exactly what I was quoted. Overall I had a great experience and found them to be a trustworthy shop to do business with. I definitely recommend them for mechanic needs and will be going back if/when needed again. Mitch and the crew replace my transmission, did a great job, had a very fair price. Also they were super patient and worked with me through some issues I was having & topped all my fluids off!

60000-mile service. Fast and friendly. Didn't do or promote unnecessary services. Price came in about $500 less than dealership cost. Second visit to Precision, and I'm happy with their work.

we took our nissan to this shop not once, but twice because the first time it wasnt fixed. they had the car for 2 weeks. got it back and within days it was acting up again. $3000 paid to this shop and the tension in the timing chain wasnt right, there were other things they said they fixed..but they didnt. tried to get some refund but nope...nothing. ended up taking to nissan dealership where they now have to make the repairs correctly, costing another $2000. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!

My folks have used this shop for quite a few years now, and Mitch and his team came recommended. I can say that every experience has been a great one. Mitch and his guys are always prompt with diagnosing any issue I might be having with my vehicle (2003 Lesabre), and have done some maintenance work to the engine and suspension and I have been very pleased with all the results. The pricing is up front, fair, and it's great to work with guys who know their profession, but more than anything, are honest. Thank you again Mitch, you and your guys are awesome!

I brought my car and for a pre-trip inspection. I dropped my car off before they opened and it was completed and ready to go when I was off of work. The convenience is unmatched. Mitch and his Team of mechanics really do take excellent care. I’ve recommended Precision Auto to friends and They have had similar experiences. Highly recommend

My car was having some issues with a loud rattling and vibrations that could even be felt through the steering wheel. Had Precision Auto Care diagnose the problem. They checked everything and at the end said a metal piece had moved and bent out so they realigned it back and called me to reinspect the car because they did not find anything wrong with the car besides that. I checked it and everything was good with the car. They said there was no charge because nothing wrong with the car besides that bent piece of metal. WOW! So freshing to deal with honest people. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Thanks Precision Auto Care ❤ for being a honest auto shop and people of integrity.

I highly recommend. I brought my car in after being told by two other outfits that my back bakes were DANGEROUSLY LOW. I was called after dropping my car off that they do not recommend replacing yet because I should get about a year. They are also very fair with pricing and honest I could not express more! Thank you Mitch and your staff!
