Thank you Prestige! We are out of town for a wedding and my rear view mirror fell off. We couldn’t get it back on and headed to the nearest auto body place. The kind folks at Prestige took my car, fixed the mirror and didn’t charge us, even when we offered to pay! Such a huge help and fixed a stressful situation we were in! Thank you so much and will recommend this shop to our friends and family in Salem!

I went to leave for work and my car would not shift out of second gear. I Called prestige and they got me right in. I knew from experience and through confirmation with Mike that it was likely a bad shifter. During testing they found an intermittent contact with the brake light switch. I was expecting to have to pay for an expensive part which they could have easily sold me. But they put in the inexpensive part. How awesome to know I have an honest crew taking care of me.
June 2015. My AC had quit blowing cold and we were heading into a hot week. The guys could not schedule me to fix it but said to drop by so they could take a quick look! I did. They got the system blowing cold and diagnosed it. They found a couple of more pressing issues and ordered parts for all of it. They scheduled me down the road and the car was nice and cold till the appointment and has been working great since. Great service and work as usual.
Summer 2014. I don't love having to Fix my car but I love going to Prestige. Mike, Chris, Dave all are great. A high level of Technical competence with a personal, small company feel. Love it!
July 2013. I got excellent service. Delivered on time at a good price. what eles is there? ( They didn't have stevia sweetner for the coffee but I can overlook that! lol...)
October 2025. I had an intermittent miss in my 2025 GLK. I stopped by and they got me in right away and read the codes. They identified a plan and I authorized the work. The car has been running great. Great service as usual.

Prestige Auto Repair was very comprehensive and transparent when working on my cousin's BMW 328i. Everyone was communicative throughout the process, and the shop had a great positive energy when I came through. I'm looking forward to working with them in the future.

I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the team at Prestige Auto Repair. They were friendly, straightforward, and incredibly well-informed — even more so than the dealership when it came to a few technical questions I had about my Lexus. Their check-in and pre-inspection process was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced — extremely detailed and well-documented. It’s also great having a shop like this right here in Salem, since my other options are usually driving an hour to Portland or Eugene. It’s nice to have such high-quality service locally. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for exceptional service and expertise.

There was a new procedure for me, Prestige using the internet to fill out forms to have a loaner car. I’m not a fan of sending the shop a picture of my driver’s license through the Internet. Does this mean my id floats around Prestige’s webpages? Also the shop sent me the diagnosis and the charges to fix my car via email. Again, I didn’t know to look for it in my email. Now I do. This process just wasn’t as friendly but it’s probably more efficient.

I have only brought my Mini Cooper to Prestige Auto repair twice, and they have done a very good job, with no complaints.
I brought my car in at opening(8:00 am) and my oil change was completed within an hour and a half.
There is a waiting room, with literature present, which was nice, as well as coffee and water that are complementary.
The diagnostic comprehensive evaluation is nice to see, and very good to refer back to, to see what needs addressing, as my husband is able to do some work on my car.
My check engine light is on, so I made an appointment to evaluate, and will address repair at a later date, after I leave my car.
