I tried to exchange a jersey for a different size but was rejected. I purchased it from the Woodburn store and I was exchanging it at the Salem store. The receipt form Woodburn nor the return policy sign in the Salem store said it needs to be exchanged from original store. When I pointed that out, I was told that they are not going to go back and forth with me. The Salem store is ridiculous and don't waste your time.

I called the Salem store the weekend before Christmas, likely their busiest of the year, looking for Chargers gear as we were heading to a game last minute and wanted the fan gear for the kids to open a week later as part of the surprise. Eric pulled the items still available, text me photos, and then got the items sent to their Bend store in time to purchase, wrap and get under the tree. 5 star service on their end isn't enough kudos - they made our Christmas! Thank you
