No stars. Went specifically for the car vac. I ended up paying $6 for ten minutes of using a broken vac hose that had barely any suction. Do not use your card. The machine says 50 cents, My card was charged $3 for 5 min two times. I found this out after the fact. I was going to go thru the car wash but there is no attendant and no clear directions.

Very difficult to make the turn to enter and exit the car wash. And I mean very difficult. I have a Chevy silverado 1500 and it was hard to not hit the poll on the right side while avoiding the machine to pay for the wash. On the exit the bushes on the right make it hard to exit. Looking at my truck after the wash was completed there was still dirt and water spots from rain. Costco car wash a week ago did a lot better for less than half the price.

Drive through car wash. The attendants do their job well. The "monthly pass" is worth it if you enjoy a clean car. Self serve vacuums are available.

Took them over an hour to vacuum the interior. Unless you have nothing else to do with your day, avoid this place and go to some other car wash that won't take nearly so long

Love this car wash! You can have them vacuum your car for you after you run through the drive-thru wash. You just pull into the correct lane after & wait inside. They do detailing as well in a different garage if the building. Make an appointment if you'd like that.

The wash man car wash on Commercial was the worst car wash I have experienced in my driving career. When they said they were done my front bumper was still full of bugs so I asked them if they could clean it and they had an attitude because they had to go over it again. The bottom 3 inches on both sides from front to rear was still black with dirt, my fender wells weren't clean, my outside mirrors still had water spots and my hatch back door still had dirt all around the license plate underneath the spoiler and I have a small window that runs across the hatchback wasn't even touched. They don't even deserve a one star rating.

I had a good experience here. Car wash was fine and I appreciated the friendly, helpful girl who did a good job vacuuming the inside of my car. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name (blond curly hair) but thank you! I think I went at a time where some staff were at lunch; only one side of the car was sprayed as I entered the wash and only one guy was doing a light dry at the end of the wash (he did a good job too and was friendly).

Rain cleans my car better than this dump. I got the basic $9. You'd think water and soap would clean my car. Nope. First, going in. The guy with the soap hose only did the driver's side. The right side got nothing. After the car wash, the top of my car was still filthy. The blower doesn't even dry your car. The guy standing at the exit with towels dried my mirrors (sort of) and that was it. As water was POURING down my front windshield, he didn't even dry the front windshield. I pulled over. Got a towel out of my car and proceeded to dry my entire car. The towel was filthy when I was done. Three cars that came out after me ALSO pulled over to deal with their cars. This place is the WORST. I want my money back. Everyone should get their money back. It was my first time. It was my last time. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!

I have hated this carwash for 5 years. Horrible cleaning and attitude from the workers when I asked for something to be redone for so much money...BUT today I was amazed at the detailed work. Zero, nothing to complain about. Just gloriously happy! I credit this to Greysen. As I approached the car he asked, "if anything doesn't look good please tell me and I'll fix it." GREYSEN IS AMAZING!...give that kid some kind of bonus or raise. I'm going to request him next time I go...hopefully he'll be available.

I had taken my car to this pace before and they had done a great job this last time you tell the employees were just being lazy they did a very very poor job when I told them it didn't seem they had cleaned very good there answer was it's only a light cleaning for $50 I only get a light cleaning never again would I go!!!!

I bought the 39.00 [ the works ] that was to vacuum inside, clean windows and interior, clean outside of car. When I got there I wanted to read the price signs, not knowing what options you get at what price. The sales associate Jonathan acted like I was bothering him-he should not be working with the public and that company- took my credit card and walked off not letting me know what I should do next. After walking from the car wash to McDonalds and back my car was sitting out front. I looked at the job and the out side was still dirty and the windows were still dirty inside. After finding some one to help fix the problems, I was told he could not spend much time on them. After wiping here and there he stated thats all the time he could spend. If you want a hose job have your cad done at this place.

Bought the ultimate wash. Left and took care of other business, looked at my car and it was still really dirty front and back. Went back to car wash, they put my car through again, got home, looked at car and it is still dirty, hardly any better the second time through. Look for another car wash, this one isn't wet the hassle.

The first time getting my car professionally detailed... it definitely needed it & I'm really happy with how it turned out!!! Whoever cleaned it worked extra hard & so we left a $20 tip :)
