If I could give this place a negative 100 review I would. There are no cameras The on-site employee Amanda is incredibly, for no reason, rude. And our storage unit was broken into and as of yet nothing has been done about it. The fencing is not secured people can walk in and out through the back.

I only came in to compare prices with other competitors and I was welcomed with a smile. I'm happy I picked this facility. The property manager Amanda is amazing. She is very caring and helpful. She keeps the place spotless.all u have to do is say "like a good neighbor Amanda is here" and she is there to assist u with anything u need. Thank u Amanda ur awesome.

I recently rented a storage unit at this facility, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The manager, Amanda, is incredibly friendly and accommodating. She answered all my questions and made the rental process smooth and hassle-free.The cleanliness of the facility is impressive. The units are well-maintained, and the entire area is spotless.The units have light bulbs in them and they work!! When mine burned out here came Amanda with a long pole and changed it for me!The prices are fair and the units are huge. I think they're bigger than what they say they are lol!! And....one unique feature that stood out to me is the porta potty on-site. It’s convenient for those moments when you need a quick restroom break during your visits. Most places don't have one, or it's in the office and you can't get in there after they close shop hours. This should be required at all storage units.Overall, I highly recommend this storage facility. Amanda’s excellent customer service, the cleanliness, and the thoughtful amenities make it a top choice for anyone in need of storage space.

Facility was fairly clean and temperature controlled with decent access hours. The reason for the low score? They get you in at low prices and then will bump your monthly rate.. I started out at $49.99 a month and by the time I closed it a year later it was $238 a month.

This location of public storage has been acceptable. When we moved into the storage unit we had to provide our own light bulb for the wall to have light because the one in the head in there was dead. The on-site management has proven to be flexible and compassionate with effective communication. However, the only bathroom being a Porta Potty falls below expectations, especially with the price of storage yet again going up in January 2024. Most public storage locations I have found to be exemplary, and this site seems to be working toward that standard.
