I went in looking to rent a temporary parking space and Jason made sure the process was quick and easy which was very helpful dealing with a stressful move. Dani over at the Hyacinth location went above and beyond to find me the best deal which was also great! Highly recommend both the claxter and hyacinth locations.

Renting my unit was a breeze. I also like the app for entry access. The only thing that was wrong with the unit, is thar there is a hole in the wall as of someone punched it. Other than the unit is good. And Jason called me to follow up on the unit but I forgot to mention the hole in the wall.

Overall experience was amazing storage had more than enough space. Another thing is the amazing customer service especially from my guy Jason he called me 2 days back to back to let me know my lock wasn’t on when I had forgotten to put it on and not to mention after he let me know he walked me thru everything and asked if I had any further questions. Great service will definitely be back here again.

Well my husband andci saw there was an auction for a motorhome and thought this would be a great opportunity to purchase temporary housing for us. we drove 3hrs there and walked into a homeless camp set up in tge rv people had been living in the rv for quite some time, it was beyond disgusting and drug paraphernalia all throughout.. there was a fire that was started in the bathroom shower, feces in the floor, bees nests, mold, it’s was trashed.. now my husband and I and were expecting it to not be perfect but at least something we could walk into without worrying about it being a health risk.. it was absolutely nauseating the smell and condition in the vehicle was disguting and I can not believe any humane person could ever try to off this horrible vehicle knowing that it was in such unsanitary conditions.. they knew exactly what they were doing and had no shame in doing so.. I have dealt with storage treasures in the past and public storage rental too. and was a hood experience but to deliberately try to “off something in this kind of conditions knowing exactly what they were doing is beyond me and now my husband and I are left still trying to find something to live in temporary but now with $750 less than what we had.. this was a rotten thing to do to someone especially when times are this hard in life.. thank you very much for making life even harder and now will have to save again until we can afford to buy something decent enough to live in so we can go to work and not ask for handouts.. you should be ashamed of yourselves and the way you conduct business.. what an awful experience this was! They definitely do not have very good security on the grounds or this would never have been in such horrendous conditions!!!!☹️

This is in regards to the Claxter road location in Salem OR. Left my Truck at this location. Was supposed to be a 2 month thing turned into a 8 month stay. Truck was as i left it, but they had another vehicle park literally 4 inches away from my driver door making it impossible to get in. Managed to get into the passenger side, sadly wouldn't start had to get it towed. This is the part that gets this location a bad review. I tried 3 times to contact the site manager to inform them I would be removing the truck, never received a call back. The tow truck hooked up and left with the truck, I wasn't present a friend was, No one stopped the tow truck or asked to see the contract, just let the tow truck leave. It was around 12pm Saturday. I tried 5 more times to reach this location, no reply. That and 0 notification my vehicle was gone. They have no clue my vehicle is even gone, luckily I was the one that removed it. Anyone could rent a storage space for 20 bucks get the gate code drive in a tow truck and drive away and no one would know. Very poor security and very lazy site manager. Will never recommend nor use public storage ever again.

If I could give this place a negative 100 review I would. There are no cameras The on-site employee Amanda is incredibly, for no reason, rude. And our storage unit was broken into and as of yet nothing has been done about it. The fencing is not secured people can walk in and out through the back.
