I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this salon. I had a 2:00 pm pedicure appointment, and another woman--who I do not know--also had an appointment at 2:00 pm. We were booked separately with different phone numbers. However, the staff sat us down at the same time and assumed we were together, even trying to combine our charges onto the same tab. She requested several times for a basic pedicure, meanwhile I asked for a deluxe pedicure. As I was picking out the scent I wanted for my deluxe pedicure is when they had her also pick out the sent SHE wanted even though she said numerous times she wanted a basic pedicure. Odd to assume we were together when it was just a coincidence that they booked us at the same time slot..
What made the situation worse was how uncomfortable it became. The nail techs spoke among themselves, looked at both of us, and laughed loudly. At one point, they even walked across the salon to continue laughing and talking with other employees about it. The entire experience felt unprofessional, awkward, and disrespectful.
On top of that, the salon itself is extremely overbooked and chaotic. They rush through services, constantly pack in too many people, and don't have enough employees or space to accommodate everyone. People are left sitting and waiting for others to finish just so they can take their spot. To make matters even more uncomfortable, they require you to say your phone number out loud in front of everyone, since that's how they track bookings.
Overall, it was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon after such treatment.

Nails started lifting after 5-6 days, filed crooked..the lady said it was my finger but my regular nail lady files them perfectly straight. My daughter went with me & she had the same issue with her nails with a different tech.

I was a same day walk in and received the best gel mani/pedi I’ve ever gotten! My cuticles have never looked better, I seriously am so happy with the outcome and the service. This is my new spot for sure!

They worked 3 of us in for a pedicure on a busy Monday afternoon. We each got the deluxe pedicure ($55) and we are thrilled with the results. They gave me the BEST leg and foot massage I’ve ever received. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent service. They took three pedis with no reservations no problem. Nice atmosphere and the nail technicians were very attentive.

I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! They QUOTED ME $55 then $70!!
I called June 20th for a full set white tip nails. the guy quoted me $55.00 over during our call before proceeding with my appointment for the next dayI went and a young lady help me we sat on the last 3 table to the left, I didn’t get nothing special just a basic white French tip. At the time of paying she quoted me $70!!!!!!!!! Again my nails are super basic and SHORT! On the broad it says “$55 & up. The lady told me they charged “extra for white tip” excuse me that’s $15 extra charge.

Queen Nails is the BEST! I always have wonderful service, and they deliver a great result. My pedicures and manicures are done thoroughly, and turn out so beautiful! My latest holiday nails turned out perfect. Highly Recommend!

This place gives the best regular pedicures. They take their time and do it right. Their Massages are good too and it includes hot towels and everything! On Mother's Day they had a big charcuterie spread for us they definitely care about their customers!

I got a great Mani/Pedi gel polish. They did a wonderful job and went the extra mile to massage legs and arms. We didn't have an appt, but they got us right in. Cost $94+ tip.
